“I have bought from Smart Cellular before, great service, great phone. This time however totally different story. Bought the phone and received an email to say it had been shipped. When I didn’t receive it I phoned and eventually got someone in Customer Service to say that it hadn’t been shipped, they wouldn’t ship out that day and had I not received their terms and conditions saying their delivery time was longer, no I didn’t ! During our conversation I was told to cancel the order, which I did. I was told payment back to myself would be fast tracked and I would receive it in 3 days. I didn’t but they did try to deliver the phone that I cancelled , I refused delivery. My refund was not forth coming, I had to get PayPal involved , and I eventually received back a lot later than I was told and that was due to an error on their part.
So long story short if you don’t mind waiting longer for the phone than anticipated and if you should not want the phone ,don’t mind waiting an age for a refund and if you don’t need to talk to customer service , who were not helpful in the slightest, then don’t think twice about buying from them.”
