I ordered pristine condition but when I opened the package, there was a deep scratch to the screen and a few scratches on the body. I have messaged on the chat about this and I have emailed and I have been ignored. I never get a straight answer about anything. If I send a message via the chat, they tell me to email, and then it takes days for a reply of one word answers or completely ignore what i have asked. My purchase was a gift for a birthday which has now passed and I'm still no further forward 2 weeks on from purchasing. This company has let me down.
