The phone arrived in quick time as promised however, although advertised as pristine. When it arrived it had several marks on it and the battery’s maximum capacity was only 85%. I have emailed smart cellular but still waiting for a response

Took a long time and a lot of nagging emails before the phone was delivered. Reassurances that it would be delivered promptly after each contact were worthless! I was on the brink,of putting the matter in the hands of the Credit Company……and I still haven’t received the EarPods or the £10 credit promised because of the delay!!

Phone took ages to arrive and when it eventually arrive they had sent the incorrect colour. I was then expected to pay to return the phone myself. This was my only phone and they would not send the correct item until I had returned the phone. Do not buy from this company.

Second time of purchasing phones. First purchase was an Iphone and daughter extremely pleased with it. Second one was a Samsung for my son, however the one ordered became unavailable and I got a call offering free upgrade which I gladly agreed. Amazing service and delivery. Thank you.

Order placed 17th April and after several excuses for non-delivery and promise of cancellation and legal action did the phone eventually get delivered on 13th May, without any documentation and was the wrong colour. I decided to keep the item for fear of never getting a replacement. Caveat Emptor !!!!!!!!!

My order was delayed and took over two weeks from being ordered to arrive, the handset has no problems so I am satisfied with that but found the communication regarding the delay poor and faced inconsistent replies including one email being answered with confirmation of the dispatch of my order only for that to be false and the order was actually dispatched later. The price was cheaper than other places for the same phone but after the experience I had I would consider paying more to feel more secure in my purchase.

I ordered a phone is stocked and expected delivery in 3 working days. I order on 19th. Despite phoning and emailing i was provided very little information other than the phone was "delayed". They never answer the published call line. Just received a mail today saying the phone was shipping and i would get it next week and apolgies for the "slight" delay. I dont call 2 weeks late a slight delay. At least they could have offered next day delivery due to the delays.

They were ok. The phone was delivered a few days later than both advertised and expected. The usb cable was cheap and not capable of super fast charging, so a waste since I'll never use it. The phone itself was actually the wrong colour, but I actually prefer the dark green colour and it's going in a case anyway. They were one of the cheapest websites, and I suppose that has to be reflected somewhere. I'll only buy again if Google finds them to be significantly cheaper next time.

I had a really difficult time with smart cellular but I did receive a good phone so it’s a mixed review. The phone was ordered and I received an email the next day saying it was being posted and would be here in a few days. No phone arrived, but I was advised via Royal Mail tracking it had been delivered - not to my house - I called customer services and after a few attempts spoke to someone who was lovely, apologised and said it wasnt my phone there had been a glitch on system and my phone would be on its way and with me by end of week. End of week and still no phone, called again and was told that there was a delay on shipping but would be with me by end of next week - end of week still no phone - called up and given the option of cancelling for full refund or waiting for the phone. I chose a full refund, they then said I had to email them asking for full refund - I did that immediately and received no confirmation that they would pay or by when, I chased and received no reply. The phone then arrived 4 weeks late. I kept the phone for one of my other children and the phone itself was exactly as described and is in very good condition hence why the score is higher than a 1, also the staff I spoke were always super polite and tried to be helpful, but the reality is I had to chase all the time, there was no communication from the company and it was quite stressful when it didn’t need to be.

I didn’t receive my product, (due to product not being shipped on time and then going abroad) I had to contact the company for a refund. When I live chatted, they said that it’d already been shipped and I had to wait for the product to be returned before getting a refund. Got the refund 3 weeks later.

Phone was faulty took 3 e.mails and a phone call to get an answer. No return label or guarantee card included in the packaging on delivery. Next day delivery did not happen

Absolutely appalling, I ordered my phone last Friday, 7th March, with an expected delivery date of Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I took time off and waited for delivery, which did not arrive. I called customer service and was informed that my order would be with me by Friday. I have emailed and had no confirmation and no one has got back to me. I have called again this morning to be told that it hasn't been despatched yet, but she can escalate it and it could arrive tomorrow. Multiple times I was told that I could request a refund, but all I want is my phone that was paid for in full on 7th March

Original phone purchased stopped working within a couple of weeks. I returned the phone (which had completely died) and received confusing emails about not having deleted personal data (which I couldn’t because the phone had died). I then waited 2 months before any kind of response or solution. Trying to get hold of anyone was very difficult. Auto email responses promise a response within 2-working days. I did not receive a response for over one month. I thought you might be a scam company. I read further reviews for people online who also experienced poor service. During this time my mother was without a phone (I had purchased the phone for her as her old one was broken). I’m her 70s she was non contactable during the time of waiting for the replacement phone. Thankfully it’s resolved now but took far too long.

The handset is absolutely fine. The delivery time was 9 working days(11 days from ordering) I was under the impression from the website I would see the phone in 2-3 days.

This is going to be a mixed review. My phone arrived fine with no issues but there were multiple issues with my wife's phone. Firstly it arrived much much later then mib=ne, even though hers was ordered first and it can in the wrong colour. She arranged for it to be returned to be exchanged for the right colour but didn't get any confirmation that it had been received. After calling well after she was told the exchange would be issued she was told than she had been refunded the money! No email notification, so we could still be waiting now if we hadn't chased it up. Then we had multiple attempts to try and get the right phone ordered but was told it was out of stock (even though it was still on the website) so we went elsewhere! This experience has really put us off using Smart Cellular again.

Received an iphone in pretty bad conditions despite buying an "excellent condition" phone, plenty of visible dents on the phone. Very disappointing.

Hi I ordered on the 24th December as I read the company had next day delivery - I appreciate it was Xmas so didnt expect literally next day delivery but had allowed for the Xmas holidays and weekend. When my phone didn’t arrive in time (I was leaving for an extended trip) i the tried to cancel the phone order - I was told in an email that refund would be issued but if the phone had been sent I would have to return it. I then was told in a second email which was recieved after the refund email that the phone had been sent. Now I didn’t know if I was getting a phone or a refund? My phone arrived 16th January 23 days after I ordered. As I had left home I didn’t need the phone anymore but didn’t know if I the refund was still being processed. I was also promised ear pods as an apology (I had been in contact with various people who were no help and my emails mostly just generated automatic email replys. The ear pods I was promised weren’t in the package. I usually use ioutlet for my phones and iPads and only used this company because of the net day delivery. . I don’t know what the quality of the phone is like as I am still not home to check. (My parents opened the parcel to check if the ear pods were there or not) overall Iwas very disappointed with the service and the confusing communication system. And also th lack of the ear pods so that is why I am doing this review.

Unfortunately the iphone16 refurb had a fault where the download speed was poor. However, the price was competitive & arrived on time & the return process was quick & efficient.
