“Do not use this company...the price the offer before posting is nowhere what they want to offer when they received your phone.
I sent a brand new phone which I had swapped on insurance swap out, when this company received it they tried to claim it was damaged.
I rejected their offer, 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the return of my phone. Shocking service”

“Well I am giving four stars because there was a long delay in actual despatch but after a number of emails and with the help of Scott, I learned that the phone I ordered was mistakenly despatched to another customer. In due course a perfect phone was despatched and was, as ordered, as new.
I imagine that with 2nd hand phones there is a variable supply of brand, model and condition. All's well that ends well”

“I am overall very pleased with my Iphone 13 which was delivered in pristine condition as ordered with no scratches or marks. Delivery did take longer than expected but my call to customer services did seem to do the trick as the phone was received the following day. Getting through to customer services however did prove difficult. I would recommend this company but have given 4 stars as delivery was slightly delayed.”

“Very pleased with the reconditioned iphone 13. It was in pristine condition as advertised with battery strength of 88% and all at a very competitive price.
Only reason for four stars rather than five is because the price I was offered for my Galaxy phone was less than I expected as their view of it's condition was lower than my assumption.”

“This is my purchase of a refurbished phone. I ordered pristine and it truly is just that. I rang them a few times (wrong letter on email my error,) finally emailed, Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. My only negative is that it is very difficult to get to chat to a person by phone, but they are quick to respond to emails. Delivery was as promised, can’t comment on returns or refund as I don’t want one.”

I decided to stay with my original order and received it after 2 weeks. The phone was a great price and is in superb condition and I have had no problems with it so far.”
