“Quick delivery. Paid for a black iPhone 12 128 GB in pristine condition. Received a white version but it does appear pristine. In full working order. 86% battery. Quick reply from sales team and happy to either exchange for a new handset or £10 refund.
Also paid for an official apple charger (appears a bit scuffed - didn’t realised this was refurbished as well) lightning cable didn’t arrive but they say they will send as well.”

Unfortunately the earpods we had ordered did not arrive and the phone charger does not fit the phone, but I am confident that these issues will be resolved.”

“Everything was 5* apart from the delivery time. When I ordered the phone it was supposed to be delivered between 3&5 working days but took over 2 weeks. I arranged a different day when it was finally due to arrive as I was out and it had to be signed for. However, it was delivered on the day I was out and just left on my doorstep. I don't know what would have happened if it had been stolen.”
