I rang them a few times (wrong letter on email my error,) finally emailed, Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. My only negative is that it is very difficult to get to chat to a person by phone, but they are quick to respond to emails. Delivery was as promised, can’t comment on returns or refund as I don’t want one.”

I decided to stay with my original order and received it after 2 weeks. The phone was a great price and is in superb condition and I have had no problems with it so far.”

“I got a £15 discount off the phone I was buying. Phone was as it should be. Only real downside was lack of communication but delivery was in the time frame given so all ok”
