“If there is a problem with Smart Cellular it is communication. Once better communication was established matters moved swiftly. I paid for an iPhone 13 in pristine condition and that is exactly what arrived well wrapped and by courier post. I have been using it for some time and am delighted. Ear pods duly arrived and once more are first class.”

“Very pleased with the reconditioned iphone 13. It was in pristine condition as advertised with battery strength of 88% and all at a very competitive price.
Only reason for four stars rather than five is because the price I was offered for my Galaxy phone was less than I expected as their view of it's condition was lower than my assumption.”

I rang them a few times (wrong letter on email my error,) finally emailed, Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. My only negative is that it is very difficult to get to chat to a person by phone, but they are quick to respond to emails. Delivery was as promised, can’t comment on returns or refund as I don’t want one.”

“I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was contacted soon after by Smart Cellular to say there would be a delay in sending it out, but that they could send me an alternative instead. I decided to stay with my original order and received it after 2 weeks. The phone was a great price and is in superb condition and I have had no problems with it so far.”
