Received telephone in good time but on arrival there was something wrong with the volume, I was unable to hear who I was speaking to. Phone was sent back and awaiting response either new phone or refund.... Hopefully new working phone.

Very happy with handset although only gripe was with the ability to track with customer service. Shame that this side of the business let the experience down. If you don't pay or opt for the premier service don't expect your handset to arrive quickly.

The phone arrived and at first inspection looks fine. I was unable to use it as it was sent with the wrong charging cable, my present phone has a different one. Once I had found out which cable it needs I have bought one and charged the phone but haven't used it yet. I have emailed and phoned Smart Cellular asking for the correct cable but so far - no response. It's very disappointing. As I am yet to use the phone I can't review it. Perhaps Smart Cellular will find the time to get in touch and send an appropriate cable. Is that 'pie in the sky', I wonder.

I ordered a phone and it took nearly a month to arrive however, when it did, it was pristine with a brand new battery. I have to say I am delighted with the phone but also I have to say I feel the length of time I had to wait for the phone is unsatisfactory. If you’re not in any rush then I would definitely recommend this company. This is just my experience and opinion

Customer service was good but if i had not asked, the item i had ordered could have taken weeks. I did not realise but some items are not in tock but are advertised. Customers would not receive the items until they are found. Thankfully customer service helped find an alternative that was in stock albeit in a different colour.

Iphone X ordered on the 23/2/24 Delivered on the 9/3/24 but with faulty power cable Contacted Smart Cellular through chatbot to get a new cable but after 3 separate conversations still no cable. I was asked leave a review via Tim Roland and explained the situation and a new cable and ear pods were delivered in 2 days. All sorted out by 22/3/24 The phone is in great condition with 87% battery life but the after sales support is a bit poor. I'm afraid It spoilt what was a good transaction.

This would have been a 5 Star review as the phone was as described but delivery was supposed to be next day. After chasing them item was dispatched 7 days later which was disappointing as this was a birthday present. It will be interesting to see if the free gifts are sent as I am still awaiting them from previous purchases.

The price of phone was good but delivery very late and after many times trying to contact them was told that they were out of stock and would send as soon as possible. Unable to speak on phone, did not answer texts and it took three times on the ‘live chat’ to find out what was happening. I also sold my old phone to them and am still waiting for my postage to be refunded after sending copy of receipt as requested which was sent on the 8th February. Customer service and communication very poor.
