“🚨 AVOID SMARTCELLULAR! No premuim delivery🚨
I recently ordered an iPhone from Smartcellular, which advertised "Free Premium Next Day Delivery" in bold letters on their website. However, my order did not arrive the next day as promised—it took 3 days to arrive, and I received no updates or apologies for the delay.
What’s even more disappointing is that after reaching out to their customer support via email multiple times, I received no response. It's unacceptable that a company refuses to acknowledge their mistakes or make any effort to resolve issues.
I was expecting quality service, but instead, I’ve been met with silence and poor communication. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I’d strongly reconsider. False advertising, terrible customer service, and no accountability!
I will not be shopping here again, and I’d advise others to stay away unless you’re okay with being ignored.

“Phone (Samsung S10e) was great price and in pristine condition.
Next day delivery only happened after they had located phone.
15% discount code was offered but did not work. After some time on live chat I was told I had to spend over £150 to qualify but neither their website or the first person on live chat who sent me the code told me this.
Communication was poor - 0330 is not working, 0203 number constantly says you are 'second in queue' then seconds later tells you there are no customer service staff to assist and cuts you off.
Overall very happy with phone & would give 5 stars for phone but customer service, website discount info and and communications require attention.”

“I recently placed 2 separate orders. 1 for an iPhone and 1 for a samsung. The Samsung was part of the next day delivery promotion but it didn't arrive the next day! After chasing it up it arrived after 3 days. The iphone wasn't part of the next day delivery deal but took a couple of weeks to arrive which was longer than expected. Overall not a bad experience as the phones arrived in the condition expected and the prices were reasonable once the discount code had been applied. They also said I'd get free earpods but they haven't shown up yet but it seems I have to email to request them so will see.”

“My order was extremely delayed and took almost 3 weeks to deliver. After many emails chasing, I spoke to Kimberely in customer service and she was excellent. She apologised and reassuringly promised a next day delivery. The phone arrived the next morning and was in excellent condition. Thank you Kimberely much appreciated. Phone was a great price.”
“Kim confirming the funds was very proactive.
However, the £416 I was quoted for the phone reduced initially to £150 when they received my phone! Apparently the side buttons showed wear and tear but you could have these sorted for about £50.
It got back up to £210 in the end but still way below my expectations.
You’re stuck as they have your phone…..

“Impressed with the phone I purchased, but delivery significantly later than suggested. Upon order I received an email the next day confirming the phone had been despatched and would arrive the following working day. A week later, still awaiting the phone, I received another email saying the phone had been despatched and would arrive the next working, which it eventually did - meaning the phone arrived nearly 2 weeks after order - not the 2 days suggested on the web site.”

“I was told the phone had been dispatched on two occasions only to find that this was not true. The impressive website advertises overnight delivery but my experience was very different as it took over two weeks from order! The web messaging system works rather slowly but the help telephone is never answered. On a positive note the phone when it arrived was well packaged and exactly as ordered. Please stop over promising on delivery.”

“Price was good and phone is as advertised and purchased so happy with that (so far but only had it for one day). However, as per other reviews below the delivery was not great. Granted I bought it on the Tues before Easter so there were 2 Bank Holidays, however it said delivery on the 17th when I made the purchase on the 15th. I got an email late afternoon on the 16th saying it had been despatched and providing me with a tracking number. From the afternoon of the 16th to the afternoon of the 25th Royal Mail tracking just said they were expecting it. I finally got it on the 29th so not very happy with that at all. I did email them twice and they did reply both times. I was told on the 24th that it was with the courier and would be with me tomorrow, it wasn’t. When it didn’t arrive “tomorrow “ I emailed again and was told it would be with me soon. It was Tim that replied both times and the second time he did apologise for the inconvenience so I have no complaints about not being answered, just that the delivery was pants.”
“I had some I inital problems with getting my order. In the end it took 3 weeks to arrive and I was concerned that it would never turn up. Now that I finally have my handset, it is as expected. I had a variable experience with Customer Services. Sometimes I got a reply to texts and emails, sometimes I didn't but there was never anyone available if I tried to call. Those that did reply tried to help as best as they could. I still don't know what caused the delay though.”

“Experience could have been better! Have used Smart Cellular before and everything was good. This time my order took 2 weeks to come and it was impossible to to talk to anyone as no one aswered the helpline and emails were not replied to.
