“ Do not use this company...the price the offer before posting is nowhere what they want to offer when they received your phone. I sent a brand new phone which I had swapped on insurance swap out, when this company received it they tried to claim it was damaged. I rejected their offer, 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the return of my phone. Shocking service ”
