Great service. Good comms throughout, Royal Mail tracked delivery, speedy, new phone in great condition, was slightly cheaper than anywhere else. Battery condition was good. Really pleased.

🚨 AVOID SMARTCELLULAR! No premuim delivery🚨 I recently ordered an iPhone from Smartcellular, which advertised "Free Premium Next Day Delivery" in bold letters on their website.

Took 3 weeks to arrive despite receiving a phoney dispatch notification. I cancelled the phone after 1 week - heard nothing Messaged (I have the transcript) emailed returns@ & sales@ and telephoned 3 weeks later the phone arrived after I should have been refunded Stay away it seems they send out the wrong colours and take ages to do so.

I received INCREDIBLY rude customer service; she told me that what I had been told by an online chat about the timing of returns (that I was in time) was irrelevant: and also the advice that she herself had given me a few days before this call (“I’ll arrange a refund for you”) was also irrelevant :”you signed up to our terms and conditions”.

I phoned an emailed multiple times over the course of the following 6 weeks, each time being told they had emailed the returns department but had not received a reply.

An absolute sham of a company. Took 3 weeks to receive my order despite dozens of emails to confirm a delivery date, and then a further 3 weeks to get a refund despite the website stating that they would process the same day they receive the item. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Phones advertised were clearly NOT AVAILABLE. Telephone calls went unanswered emails prompted false promises of delivery. Six weeks later, and 4 weeks after cancelling the order due to non delivery, a refund was made after intervention by my credit card company.

Again, I contacted the company and said that, as my phone had not been dispatched, please cancel the order and issue a refund.

Took nearly two weeks to receive my order Email and called numerous times, without getting a definitive response Customer service was poor. All they needed to do was update my order and seem like they cared Eventually spoke to someone who gave a damn and received it shortly afterwards When order arrived it was exactly as described Very happy with the phone Please improve customer service
