“ This is my purchase of a refurbished phone. I ordered pristine and it truly is just that. I rang them a few times (wrong letter on email my error,) finally emailed, Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. My only negative is that it is very difficult to get to chat to a person by phone, but they are quick to respond to emails. Delivery was as promised, can’t comment on returns or refund as I don’t want one. ”

I cancelled the phone after 1 week - heard nothing Messaged (I have the transcript) emailed returns@ & sales@ and telephoned 3 weeks later the phone arrived after I should have been refunded Stay away it seems they send out the wrong colours and take ages to do so. ”

“ Bought an iPhone 13 Pro. On 8th April. When it arrived it was faulty with a very dark screen and the screen kept going blank and had to be force started. I sent it back and they sent me back the same phone with the same fault. Returned it to them and asked for a full refund which they have not given. This fiasco has been going on for over seven weeks. The statutory rights have been totally ignored. ”
