“Another disappointed customer. Received my sons birthday present back in December and your website described the phone as in excellent condition. When the phone was received it had multiple scratches and marks. I contacted yourselves straight away and you were nothing but disinterested and tried to pass the complaint back onto me saying return and we will check the phone over at my cost.Having looked at the reviews I knew that if I returned I would have to fight for a refund so started a PayPal claim. In the end PayPal paid back £50 that I asked for and I will never use these again. I bet I don't get my airpods for leaving an review? lol”
