My first impressions weren’t great when I didn’t receive communication or the item for almost two weeks. It seemed they had sold me something they didn’t yet have - took my money yet couldn’t fulfil the purchase. The phone was my daughter’s main 16th birthday gift so we had a deadline to meet. However when I reached out and made this clear to customer services I was impressed by them offering me an upgrade in an available different colour. This was suitable to us and they sent it within 24hours. The phone itself was perfect - in exceptional condition and well packaged. We were enormously relieved.

An easy and smooth transaction. The phone has been used for the past 2 months and performing well. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is due to the phone being sold in ā€˜pristine’ condition. This may be only for functionality but pristine to me would indicate its appearance also. The phone had quite a few surface scratches on the screen when it arrived which to me would not warranty a ā€˜pristine’ rating. Obviously it was not used with a screen protector previously. We had one ready and waiting so thankfully it disguises them. Other than that we are pleased.

Worst experience ever. Sent phone after I cancelled order due to not responding to emails or website contact. Had to get money back through PayPal. Still had the audacity to send an email asking for a review….. don’t use! Absolutely useless!

the only thing they are smart at is taking your money.You never get a phone and even when they offer you a refund you don't get that either. Still waiting after 5 months. Level of service: quality of work; time to complete' , rubbish. Got my money back via section 75,the only thing they are smart at is taking your money. Then notsending a phone: offering a refund but never sending; then entering into a long stream of emails that they repeat over and over. Still waiting after 5 months, Luckily I paid with credit card so claimed under section 75. Service rubbish; quality of work rubbish; time to complete, never.

Ordered two phones. One arrived in worse condition than described. The other one has been paid for but 10 days later no sign of the phone. Have emailed the company but received no response. Will now take up the dispute with my credit card company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
