Had a phone a samsung when it came it had scratches which was supposed to be excellent, I sent it back but still had no refund, they don't answer emails and phone just a machine, I'm now taking it up with my visa card and also reported it to trade standards, look at true reviews on trust pilot, don't trust this company.

Wasn’t delivered within 3 working days as stated in advert so I rang to enquire if they’d been dispatched which they hadn’t been. The lady I spoke to said delivery will be within 5 days which I replied wasn’t good enough as I needed it for a birthday present the next day. The website still states 2-3 day delivery times so I feel I was being fobbed off. The lady then said the phone I purchased online wasn’t available anymore but had other colours available. She then said she would check and call back to which I replied I’d need an answer within the hour to allow me to purchase elsewhere for next day delivery - she agreed to do so but I didn’t get an answer until 2.5 hours later which again is unacceptable. I was offered a better condition phone but in a different colour to what I purchased - I agreed as I needed it next day and I was upgraded to next day delivery. The phone I received was as described but had to go through an ordeal to get it

Worst company ever!!! Don't use debit card pay with credit card if you are going to risk it. Ordered phones 10 days letter heard nothing. Couldn't get through on phone. Took 2 days for web chat response from a real person. When asked for update they wouldn't give a response as to when we would receive phones. Finally after 30 days with no phones we got fed up and asked for refund. Guess what 11 business working no refund. Chased again no response. Had to make claim through credit card as we never received phones nor a refund. WORST COMPANY EVER....

The iPhone purchased was in fair condition not immaculate/pristine as described on the website. Had to pay to have it returned. Customer services tone is not helpful.

Purchased 2 separate phones, first phone was excellent as described, second phone arrived with scratches on screen not excellent as described, sent a total of 3 emails with no response to any email sent

I had a really bad experience with smart cellular, the condition of the phone battery wasn’t as described and when sent for replacement took them ages and I’ve got a older model in fair condition (I’ve paid for iPhone 11 Pro 256gb excellent condition and the replacement was iPhone 7 64GB fair condition) . They barely answer the phone and kept repeating the same questions when replying on email, the refund process took over a month . Maybe it was bad luck , maybe Christmas shopping overload, not sure.

Phone was not in the excellent condition it was described to be in. Arranging the return and refund involved many emails and being passed between departments but got there eventually.
