“Great looking phone. We had issues with delivery. Also tried to reach Smart cellular by phone with the number provided no answer. They did get back via email after leaving a message on the chat bot. The phone was for our granddaughters birthday and it arrived a day late. We ordered the phone 10 days before her birthday. We thought that would be in plenty of time.”

“I sent a brand new I phone 13pro max as Smart Cellular offered the best price at £520 . When they received it they got back to me to offer £250 ! I rejected and requested phone back . They then offered £265 as they advised there were marks on the phone !! Phone is now back with me ( no marks anywhere ) it’s definitely put me off selling on line in the future”

“Have a few mixed reviews here.. ordered a phone in pristine condition, it was supposed to have free accessories they didnt show with the phone, and i payed extra for an original box as it was for a gift and an genuine power adaptor and they both also didnt turn upeither :( but although the phone appear to be in its 'pristine' condition as it has no mahor scratches or damage to the screen it turned up in a little bit of a grubby state.
After countless emails and incorrectly being told missing items were sent when they was not, it finally was picked up by a member of customer service who delt with the issue right away and solved it promptly, and although its been 10 days after the purchase of the order im hoping the experience i had is now behind me.
On a more positive note the delivery of the phone was really quick and packaged fairly ok, it is a good job really as the postie didn't even knock and get a signature (as they suposed to) they just posted it through my letterbox onto a hard wooden floor resulting in a great thud on my floor, heres hoping this gift atually works when turned on as that will be yet another battle to solve :(”
