The order (for a pristine iPhone 14) took a couple of weeks to be fulfilled despite apparently being in stock. When updates were requested on the order the phone and live chat were never answered and emails were responded to in an erratic fashion with replies being received in a couple of days. When the phone was finally received this was grade C at best - the screen had scratches, the camera had scratches and the case was damaged in several places. This was meant to be an xmas present for my daughter, her first phone and this rubbish. I've asked for a refund/replacement of appropriate quality - we'll see how they respond. Personally, I would save you self the hassle of dealing with this company and buy from a reputable company where you can trust the quality of refurbished goods.

If I could give 0 stars I would, we ordered two phones on the 1st December, delivery stated 3rd December. We are now on the 12th December and still no phones. They won't refund, won't reply, won't answer the phone.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Royal Mail returned my order after a failed delivery and 9 days later I am still awaiting confirmation of a refund or re-delivery. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails.

First of all, do NOT be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews. You can tell that they are clearly made up as they include no detail and have similar phraseology. LOOK at the 1 star reviews- I am GUTTED to be having to write this as I was clearly suckered into purchasing a phone from them. Still no money back despite multiple phone calls (pointless answering machine) and the occasional email promising me my replacement device is ready for dispatch. Do check out Facebook where smart cellular customers have been shockingly treated. Incorrect phone delivered - not even correct colour and phone looked like it had gone 12 rounds with Mike Tyson - battered and scratched all over- they sold it as ‘excellent’ condition. Be wary of dodgy sales/ returns responses too that are evidently just keeping you hanging on whilst they hold on to your money. I’ve had to contact my credit card. Another little trick is that they only give you small ‘insurance’ for the inevitable return. You have to pay out more to ensure the correct amount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! However much the price looks enticing, don’t believe it! Merry Christmas to everyone except Smart Cellular x

Absolutely shocking company to be honest! Ordered iPhone 11 Pro Max for my daughter in gold with apple box that payed extra for! Well to start off with it turned up a day late thick wasn’t a issue… but now I have it it’s not the right colour it’s came in silver when ordered specifically gold, the apple box I payed for didn’t come instead a cardboard box with the pin for taking SIM card out was pressed into the back of phone in the packaging shock Had damaged the back of the phone !!! I’d definitely not recommend this company and would warn you to avoid if I was you! Absolutely fuming what a joke of a company should be ashamed!

Perfect purchasing experience. However the warranty process is flawed and ridiculous. Took twenty onedays to obtain returns label. then ten days to acknoeldege what was going to happen and then a further 14days and still no phone, We travel to Australia tomorrow and now without a phone! Each time I callled customer services I was either hung up on or the line cut or no answer at all. Mental a company can operate like this. Buyers be aware sales great aftecare awful!!

Terrible experience bought an IPhone in « pristine » condition only to receive a heavily damaged device with scratches all over the screen. Not as advertised and totally dishonest behaviour. Stay away.

Ordered iPhone 14 (excellent condition rating) slightly cheaper than other sites, it came the phone casing was heavily scratched and also dented! - far from excellent condition. Returned the order and almost a month on still waiting on the refund despite chasing on countless occasions. I wouldn’t use again. I now receive no response to my email requests for a refund, had to go through credit card protection

If I could give 0 stars I would DON’T SELL YOU PHONES TO THEM after a about a week of heckling for the sell price they gave me a quote of less than the quote for 1 of the phones given They will never give the price quoted online and the explanation wasn’t because of the condition but of something else which is incredibly missing

Went to sell my iPhone offered me way under market value. Now holding my phone for extra days as they keep coming back with other below market value offers. I just want the phone back asap. Was told upto 4 days then in the 4th day another offer made which was declined and now told another 4 days. 🤬🤦🏻‍♂️

The phone I bought was advertised as pristine condition,but when I received it I would say it was more of a good condition at best,it had visible scratches on the screen "THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING".I should be contacting Trading Standards about this cowboy company.

Really Poor. I sent my phone in and I would have graded it as excellent, but they graded as good. If I go on their website and grade it as good, the offer £270.00. Strangely, they offered my £200.00 and when I declined upped it to £230.00 It felt like a bit of a scam to me, so I asked them to return my phone. That was 2 weeks ago and I have received nothing.

Posted them my old phone, never received my money for it. Phone them could not find my account and still have never paid me. This was last December and £270 down thanks very much. Please avoid these people!!!!

Delayed dispatched and no replies from phone calls or emails. Eventually arrived and received the wrong colour phone and not in a great condition. Have returned it awaiting refund. No apologies. Half the time its an AI response. Customer service is no existent

Used the warranty as there was green lines appeared on screen, it took over 60 days, many emails, many calls to be fobbed of with excuses and promises of replacement and or refund, took a lawyers letter for them to get finger out and replace my handset, would seriously think about purchasing from this company

Communication is terrible I have proof of how many times I have contacted and received no reply. Black Friday deal comes with a free pack and received nothing. I have given chances I would like my free pack please immediately as it has spoilt a present.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! They sent me the wrong phone, and it was very difficult to resolve it. Unacceptable customer service, there is a reason it's the cheapest!!!
