“The overall experience was good, but two issues: 1. The advertised £49 upgrade to bus class flights offer did not materialise although we eventually went for cruise only. 2. The due date for payment of the account was initially quoted as February, even though we do not sail till 25th July ! Only when I said I would cancel the booking was altered. I have booked with you now 4 times and have had issues each time around advertised deals, although general booking experience has been good.”

“I have booked with Six Star Cruises twice. Each time I have spoken with Ann Smith who is always very helpful and always rings back promptly if an answer can't be given immediately. Everything has always gone smoothly and the prices are very competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“We had an alternative quote from a large cruise agency for the Oceania Cruise which I regarded as very competitive in pricing. I phoned six star cruises and spoke to Kevin with whom I had booked previously. He was able to efficiently sort out the whole package, selecting flights from our regional airport at a convenient time for both inward and outward journeys and recommended a five star hotel in Istanbul in a good location as well as including all transfers. He managed to beat the price of the large cruise agency. It was good to deal with a professional who knew his business, if there are any problems I feel we will be in good hands.”

“We have booked five holidays through sixstarcruises. We have had good cooperation and feedback generally. Our least favourable experience was in a long haul cruise which was cancelled through an unexpected bereavement. Our concerns there was that our concierge did not get back to us on too many occasions when we asked for that, and hadn't anticipated some important features of the travel at an early stage, namely the up grading of seating on flights.”

“Iwas fortunate to have Hannah Grey as my cruise concierge, I have dealt with her before and returned as the service was exceptional with plenty of pre cruise advice and answering all my queries patiently never feeling rushed or hurried. I felt like I was her only client although I am sure that she was very busy. In her days off Michael and Anthony were very helpful too , in fact they took time to tell me she is good at her job I am very impressed with her and the company and would not hesitate to recommend you, even if you are ever dearer it is worth it to be made to feel valued and appreciated for repeat bookings.”

“Their service is , in the main, very good from start to finish . The Cruise Concierge that we have most recently used, this month, Richard Wishaw is excellent. They have a flexible approach as far as possible for them as Agents - with good contact when required and to follow up. ( I have only one minor administrative irritation associated with payment which has recurred - however I have recently been given an undertaking to resolve the issue once & for all ) On the basis that the minor administrative irritation is resolved, I would have little hesitation in recommending them to friends who sought a similar service.”
