We had a wonderful holiday. Wifi needs updating and simplifying though. We loved the evening entertainment but perhaps more variety would be even better. The lecturer Sandra B. Not sure of her surname is quite outstanding. The entire staff and. Crew were always so helpful,polite, smiling and could not do enough for us to ensure we had a lovely holiday.Special mention of Laksmi our butler. Ship kept in tiptop condition ! Looking forward to another cruise.

My last Cruise was [almost] spoiled by the lack of care - for us as Customers, 4 years standing! - shown by your Joe Morrison. Had it not been for Ann Smith - who was absolutely wonderful. - your rating would have been 3*. possibly 2*?! I've been served by a number of your team over the last 4/5 years: Richard, Kevin and now Ann. Mr Morrison does your reputation no favours at all.

First class service from Erin who answered all my questions at the time of booking. Very knowledgable and helpful in all aspects. I really called the fact that Erin will be our contact with a direct dial! Great service

My initial enquiry and booking was handled very well by Maura McKenna followed by a confirmation email, then I received emails from Donna Worsnip and Lynsay Cuddy which contained errors. I subsequently rang for Maura but in her absence spoke to Rebecca Gale and explained my concerns. She was very helpful and checked my booking and confirmed the correct details had gone to the cruiseline.

Kevin Anderson was extremely helpful even giving me tips on the different destinations we will be travelling to. I know a lot about service and Kevin went way above the call of duty. He didnt rush me or put me under pressure and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Nicola Harold

My cruise concierge Emma Grey has been excellent every time she always is very helpful and always tries to arrange everything you want cannot fault her.

As a past customer I expected to be given a competitive price for our up coming (2015) cruise. I was just about to book when a quick phone call to another company quoted £1500.00 cheaper, felt disappointed and a little cheated. I phoned six star and told them of my new quote and the price was met,felt a little happier .

Ann Smith, our concierge, has looked after my wife and myself ever since we experienced cruising. Her professionalism ensures our requests are always to our satisfaction. She has a very pleasing personality. I am sure she is an asset to your company
