We saw the advert for the barbados cruise and stay and called Mathew who managed to upgrade flights, book another hotel with upgrade. This all took just a couple of days and it was booked. We have recommended this to a friend who had tried to book something similar and was told that there were no cruises from Barbados at that time of year. I expect he will be booking with six star cruises in the future.

I have always been impressed by the service that I have received from Sixstarcruises. Just one comment, I've got a cruise booked with Azamara for next month. If I hadn't been with Azamara before I would not have known that I needed another reference number to check in online with Azamzra to get my express boarding pass & request for my luggage labels to be sent to my address. I had to ring you to ask for my Azamara reference number as I haven't heard anything from Azamara since I booked with you. I would recommend you to my cruise friends.

Erin Mardin is excellent, however it is sometimes difficult to get hold of her. However all the arrangements for next years cruise were all made in one phone call. I am confident that she finds me the most competitive rates. I can rely on her to come back to me with the air bookings. She will also book my seat on the plane, both ways.her recommendation for insurance for over eighties has also been excellent. Elizabeth Andrews

Lack of continuity during booking process. Having to chase for information and booking references. Flights booked over 3 weeks after cruise booking only to discover no extra leg room availability. Last cruise your concierge failed to inform Regent of an important anniversary. Will be thinking twice before we book through your company again.

It was very straightforward and easy. The representative I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful. I have just got rather frustrated as have had great difficulty printing the documentation from my iPad so am waiting for my daughter to do the honours. It is early days yet as this is the first time we have used Six Star Cruises. So having only just made the booking and paid the deposit have very little experience of your organisation.

I have become more and more disillusioned by the lack of continuity in the service! People coming & going, no consistency. The overall service has deteriorated since I booked my 1st Cruise, 6 years ago. Your business is not performing at the levels we first experienced, and you are not now, our first choice when looking for a Cruise, What's happened to Ann? What's happened to Kevin? Is the poor performing Joe Morrison still with you?? Check out the amount of business I've done with you over these last 6 or so years! You cannot afford to lose too many clients like me?!
