“Excellent service. Hannah Grey was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave us choices for a variety of cruises in order for us to get the holiday we wanted.”

“This is not the first cruise booked with Six Star but it is the first time I felf I was dealing with a real person, where nothing was too much trouble, I would like to feel I could use Richard in the future to look after our bookings and get the best product to fit out needs and our pocket! It could mean an extra cruise. Anne and Tim Carter”

“The process of booking was efficient and easy mainly due to Maura McKenna who is very good at her job. Still trying to correct one document which is proving difficult but the holiday is not until 2017 so I am sure it will get resolved.”

“My e.mail enquiry was followed up quickly and efficiently by Joe. He phoned back every time he said he would and all enquiries and questions were answered professionally and fully. The booking process was easy and all the details correctly confirmed by e.mail. I am very impressed so far. Thank you”

“I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE CARE AND DETAIL MY BOOKING WAS GIVEN. MY MAIN CONTACT, MATTHEW COTTON WAS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND SYMPATHIC TO MY REQUIREMENTS. THE FLIGHT/CRUISE PACKAGE WAS SURPRISINGLY REASONABLE AND THE ITINERARY IS ONE I AM VERY MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO.”

“I had a few early problems but these were very quickly and excellently resolved. Megan Kay was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, excellent manner and her willingness to help was beyond the call of duty. A big thank you to Megan for helping us achieve a most excellent enjoyable cruise.”

“We are very happy with the service we received from Emma ,she was very patient ,understood the cruise we wanted and arranged it for us .We were also forwarded the agreement by email the following day .Yes very pleased would defiantly recommend if you are going on a six star cruise you get six star service from six star cruises .”
