“Efficient team who always ring back when they say . We had a slight problem with a booking just days before we were due to leave but Six Star sorted it out and kept us in the picture at all times. The courtesy airport transfer which we were given this year was fabulous. It's always a pleasure to deal with Maura .”

“We like dealing with Six Star Cruises because they offer great service and fair prices. On this occasion we dealt with a very helpful young man called Joe Morrison who answered every query we had about the cruise we were interested in quickly and honestly. He offered good advice and right from our first contact to our actual booking was friendly but very professional. He also managed to offer us a great deal! In the past we have dealt with other Concierges at Six Star and found them all to be equally helpful. We will continue to use Six Star and have recommended them to several friends.”

“This was our first cruise booking. We were given Six Star Cruises name from a colleague who used to work in the travel industry. The whole process was very smooth and every question we had was answered quickly and clearly. We have been very pleased with the quality of the customer service and have no hesitation in recommending Six Star Cruises.”

“Having booked over 30 cruises with many different companies and cruise lines, we know what "good" looks like. We now know what "excellent" looks like. We had the best service , the clearest options outlined, and a feeling that Donna understood all of our needs. The easiest and best service at point of booking that we have ever experienced.”

“The booking of the cruise was relatively easy. However once we had given our payment details and promised they would not get stored. imagine my suprise when the following day , £2990 were debited from my acct again without my knowledge.The only explanation I was given is that somebody else's cruise was being booked simultaneously. My debit card details must have been stored for them to of had access to it.”

“Just returned from an Azamara cruise. Six Star were very helpful throughout, especially helping us to get direct flights as opposed to the flights originally offered by Azamara. We have booked with Azamara for next year and are very happy for Six Star to handle our booking again. Particular thanks to Maura also the rest of the staff we came across.”

“Sandy Collier is wonderful at getting a fit for what we want. She answers all the questions with patience (we are novice cruisers) & carefully avoids any hard sell. On the cruises themselves, the level informality of dress without inappropriate attire, suits us well. The crew are wonderfully attentive & the food, drink, tours & whole ambience is simply great.”

“My concierge Emma Taylor was very helpful in the booking process. I had already decided which cruise I was interested in and all we had to do was to reach agreement on price. I decide to book my business class flights independently. Am very happy with the outcome so far.”
