Excellent service from Matthew Cotton when organising this booking. Nothing was a problem, when we asked for him to book our preferred hotels at either end of the trip and he showed great sense in arranging our flight stopovers to be kept to a minimum between onward journeys. Everything that we asked for was arranged to our satisfaction. Wonderful service carried out in a professional and courteous manner. How refreshing to see a company who care about their customers, please continue in this manner. Alan McMilan.

Our Concierge, Maura McKenna has be outstanding as she was for our first Cruise last year. This means keeping us up-to -date with information, and answering our questions clearly & promptly. Maura's manner is very pleasant. These comments are in the early days of booking our cruise as our tickets/vouchers and nowhere near due yet, for our Cruise in Aug 15

rep (Hanna Gray) could not have done more to assist finding the right cabin on board, local Sourcing local flights and additional nights accommodation to fit our requirements. The follow up e-mail was fully informative. However, for full payment to be requested fully 6 months prior to the trip is somewhat excessive and I cannot believe is necessary when 25% of the holiday cost ie=r=s already held. This alongside charging A % for the use of a credit card is cheap practice that somewhat negates the excellent service your reps are providing. If we had not had such good service initially we would not have booked through your company on principle.

Joe was polite, informative and explained the whole package to me and ensured I was happy to proceed. All paperwork arrived by email. Very pleased so far and looking forward to our first cruise. Glad we chose Azamara for our first cruise experience.

Spoke to Richard about a trip I wanted to do in Canada that would include The Rocky Mountaineer Train and the Inside Passage. He put together a wonderful itinerary over 3 weeks all listed out giving a full description of every thing included and a decent price. He phoned me when he said he would he was excellent in every way. This is the first time I have used Six Star Cruises and I am very very impressed, I will now be calling Richard in the future he is brilliant!!

Erin Madine was extremely efficient, polite and explained everything carefully. When we needed to get back to Erin, a voice mail was not available and we ended up speaking to somebody who was obviously not familiar with our booking. Hoever, she was very polite and arranged for Erin to call me back.

Always had good experiences with your Customer services team, especially with our latest booking, when the cruise we were looking to book was full, Emma took a great deal of time to look into similar cruises and we were very happy when she found us another cruise line, who we haven't used before, but gave us everything we wanted from the cruise. Very happy with your service, to my mind much better than Sovereign who we used prior to contacting Six Star.
