Nothing was too much trouble and Anthony made contact with several companies to make sure our quote was complete, we were given time to consider and we were called back when we decided this was the cruise co. We would like to book this event with. Thanks

The two Emmas were just brilliant . Nothing was too much trouble and they both " went the extra mile " to make sure that we were entirely happy and had the best possible deal !! I would not hesitate to recommend Six Star Cruises to any prospective customer Thanks John Welch

It was the first time of using six star cruises to book a holiday, it all went very smoothly, until the deposit was paid, I was shocked went I was told it was £1699.00 deposit, almost the total of one cruise booked. Then after receiving the confirmation I noticed the balance to be paid by 23/03/2015, to say I was shocked & disappointed & angry that I was not told about this at the time of booking. In all my years of booking cruises & paying I have never experienced this, & usually the balance is paid 10 weeks prior to taking the holiday. Is this your policy, then customers should be told on booking the holiday, not finding out after the lengthy process of booking. Your Ref HTR-75352 Mrs Lin Northam Oceania cruise 07/09/2015.

We had a few questions which some other travel agents may have deemed insignificant and not replied timeously. Your replied instantly and in a courteous manner. The result was we booked a second cruise a week later.

I found the service excellent and that they could organise every aspect of my holiday from being picked up at home and retuned home. They informed me very clearly of every detail of my holiday covering all cost etc. They always returned my calls promptly and overall I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend them to my friends.

Only problem was and still is today that Regent SSC are stating that they havent had my deposit which was paid a week last Friday. As a result I was unable to log into RSSC to book excursions!

The experience of booking through River Voyages was not a memorable experience.I got the impression that once they had secured a deposit for the Holiday they really were not to bothered with the detail.After various errors I complained and was put through to a Sales manager by the name of Joe Morrison who was completely ineffective.Because of the number of errors with the booking I said I would Write to the Managing Director but it was pretty apparent he was not to bothered by this.In the end I had to sort out matters direct with the holiday company Riviera Travel who were very helpful and assisted to sort matters out. My name is Chris Pearson and my telephone number is 01483 768426 and it would be nice to talk to somebody in authority at River Voyages concerning this matter Unfortunately their tardy attitude and maladministration has already cost them business as I directed some friends to book their holiday direct with Riviera Travel.

Erin was and is excellent. Very personable and responsive. Our only niggle is that we haven't been able to get the tours that we wanted and this has become a worry for us. Yes we can do our own thing but we feel like we have paid for the tours with Regent. Had we known this we probably wouldn't have booked. Fingers crossed it will be ok when we get there...

The lady that took the booking was most knowledgeable!! suggested things we had not thought of!! was totally thorough and grasped, very quickly, our individual needs!! was a thoroughly nice experience, even though took over an hour to book!! Highly recommended, thank you!!

Sent E-mail toEmma Williams in reply to her enquiry about another cruise.this reply was apparently not forwarded to her by the marketing dept.straight away.I then rang up and was eventually dealt with by Declan.who successfully arranged another cruise with Oceania for us in Sept. 2015.he was extremely helpful and knowledgable about every aspect of the cruise that I raised with him. This is our 5th booking with you and long may they continue!!

We had a wonderful holiday. Wifi needs updating and simplifying though. We loved the evening entertainment but perhaps more variety would be even better. The lecturer Sandra B. Not sure of her surname is quite outstanding. The entire staff and. Crew were always so helpful,polite, smiling and could not do enough for us to ensure we had a lovely holiday.Special mention of Laksmi our butler. Ship kept in tiptop condition ! Looking forward to another cruise.
