I have booked two cruises recently with Lisa from Six Star and I have been been impressed by the professionalism both from her and the company. She seems to know precisely what i require in terms of pre hotel accommodation and a day room requirement. She goes the extra mile for her customers. It is for these reasons I return to this company for my cruise holiday bookings

We have booked many cruises on Regent visa 6 Star cruises. Our regular concierge Donna has never let us down. She has knowledge in abundance but is not afraid to advise if what we propose may have a better option. She is more like a friend than a salesperson.

Swift helpful service from Scott who couldn’t have been more helpful. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always phoned or emailed back when he said he would. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend

As always, Andrew Whittle did everything to make sure that the cancelled cruise was sorted out easily and quickly - and that the replacement cruise was organised to our complete satisfaction (and more). He really does go out of his way to ensure everything is arranged to ensure that we get everything we could want, and more. I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough.

This was a cancellation and re-book and was therefore complex. Stacey was excellent and supportive - 5 stars below for her service. 2 issues re the booking process: 1. Oceania wouldn’t putthe fcc time limit back by a couple of months which seems extremely inflexible given how slowly Covid issues are being resolved 2. Having FCC’s meant that we had to pay full price for the re-book cruise. Given that the FCC’s gave us no monetary benefit meant that taking an fcc has cost us a lot of money. This is very unfair whoever’s fault it is. The moral is don’t take an fcc. We also found that despite having a best price guarantee they wouldn’t match the price of a competitor. So shop around.
