“First time I have used this company and was very happy with the service and the price. Joe Morrison was very informative, not pushy and provided the information I wanted and gave me his direct line to get back to him. I liked this approach as I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision. Rang him back the next day and booked the cruise. Very easy and excellent customer service.”

“Telephone inquiry dealt with promptly and professionally. Joe answered all my queries in full and realising that I had experienced many prior cruises including river cruises with Viking, did not waste my time in giving irrelevant information. Call back from Joe was as promised. On time and courteous. Resulted in my booking the cruise. Many thanks.”
