You have been wonderful. From cancelling cruise to rebooking another. So helpful and no loss of money. I would not book with anyone else. Knowledge of cruises superb!

Estelle did an amazing job in these very difficult circumstances. It’s our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and have had 3 holidays cancelled and Estelle has worked hard to help us have a cruise to look forward to in 2021!

Estelle has been marvellous during a very difficult period - it’s our Ruby Wedding Anniversary year and 3 celebratory holidays have been cancelled as a result of the virus. Estelle has been so helpful in supporting us in rearranging one of our trips so that we can hopefully enjoy our Anniversary a year later.

There was a flight time changed in our booking and we were failed to be advised by Six Star, courtesy email would have sufficed. Les to us missing our flight from China to Vietnam and no help given by them to sort. Poor service and not the first time we have been let down by them. Will not be using them again

I have come across a problem that I feel SCC could have warned its clients about that Seabourn unlike Crystal or Silverseas, for example, both cruise lines which SCC have booked us on in the past, appear NOT to include their on board credit at the time advanced bookings of shore excursions become available. Furthermore, no notice is made by SCC that unlike Crystal and Silverseas, for instance, advance bookings as far ahead as 9 months perhaps longer, have to be paid for by credit card without the benefit of being able to use on board credit. This had led to extensive confusion amongst its passengers (read online comments) about whether their credit card will be reimbursed using on board credit. There are reports of on board credit with Seabourn not be credited for advanced purchases of shore excursions. This is not acceptable where on borad credit is relied upon for shore excursions.

I was greeted on the telephone with a cheery welcome from Lisa Mallon. Lisa was very positive, courteous, patient and efficient and took considerable time to work through our specific requests. Always found the staff at six star exceptional. Our latest booking with Sheila followed the same pattern. If the person who sold you the holiday is not available when you phone in with a query, then someone else will help, and spend as much time as necessary. Always very polite and professional.

As a result of COVID 19 we had to reschedule our Douro trip. The assistance and service we received from Estelle at six star cruises was outstanding. She rescheduled flights and the river cruise quickly and nothing was too much trouble. She was cheerful, efficient and met all our needs. The level of service was amazing and if this is an indication of how the company operates cannot wait to go on our trip next year. Well done Estelle and six star cruises.

Given the current difficult circumstances and knowing how pressured the cruise concierges must be I am very appreciative of Six Star’s responsiveness regarding refund issues and I especially thank our Concierge Estelle Peachey who has been so good and consistent responding and chasing up my refund from the cruise company, thanks Estelle for your professionalism and hard work.

Lisa Mallon assisted us to get a full refund for a cancelled 2020 cruise. Her help was invaluable and her professionalism outstanding. She has since assisted us to book a 2021 cruise and use our FCC's to reduce the price. We have used Six Star Cruises many times since 2012 and would recommend their use to anyone.

My Crystal Cruise, booked through Sixstar last summer for a cruise in June of this year, was cancelled by Sixstar/Crystal in May due to Covid. After 150 days I have still not received a refund. This is despite the fact that I was initially told by Sixstar that I would be refunded in 90 days. I was then assured I would be refunded in 120 days. After some prompting, Sixstar have engaged with me and they are now, albeit with no success thus far, trying to extract the refund from Crystal. They have told me that they will not refund me until Crystal has paid them. Sixstar are still selling Crystal Cruises through their website and one must question whether they are right to do this given that Crystal are not honouring their contracts with their existing customers. The behaviour of Crystal inevitably makes one question whether the company has a viable future and whether or not the company is trading when technically insolvent. It's a tough time for Cruise Companies, and their agents, but at the end of the day I did not receive the holiday which I paid for handsomely. I have every right to expect to be promptly refunded and the booking agents do need to accept some of the responsibility.

Lisa Mallon has been a Godsend helping us to get a full refund on our 2020 cancelled cruise and booking another cruise for 2021. We have been using Six Star Cruises since 2012 and will hopefully, with the help of Lisa, use them for many more.

Scott Perry has become our regular cruise adviser. He anticipates our every need and replies to emails super fast with informative precise answers to our questions. An understanding between client and adviser is vital; we have it with the Perry. Furthermore, Scott replies to emails even when he is officially off duty and deserves every consideration when it comes to awarding promotions in SCC. I would definitely want Scott to be on my team.
