“Janet had to do an huge amount of work on our behalf to organise a price drop with Oceania on a B2B cruise, she was pleasant, courteous and professional and saved us a large amount of money and included extras. Thank you Janet for all your hard work. Christine”

“Friendly and helpful with booking process but missed a saving of around £3,000 from booking 2 legs of cruise separately rather than whole cruise as one. Information given on drinks package was misleading. Not advised that excursions included in the price covered only around one third of the excursions available. Got a good deal for us on return flught.”

“First cruise purchase through Six Star and very impressed with Sue who went out of her way to provide us with information on all the alternatives we were considering. No pressure to buy which we also valued. Very professional - impressed so far - if balance of support remains as high they will have an ongoing customer”

“Excellent service. I emailed Katie on a Saturday asking her about a Seabourn cruise.She was immediately back to me with an excellent price. By Monday morning the cruise and flights were all booked and confirmation sent to me. A truly great service and experience.”

“Katie Porter was very efficient and helpful when I rang the company to find out prices for a cruise. She rang back with information at the time we had arranged. We studied the quotation for 24 hours and then spoke to Katie's colleague, Adam. We had a few queries but, in the end, decided to follow all Katie's recommendations re flights, cabin grade etc.”

“This is just the second time I have used them in 10 years. Love the fact that one has a dedicated contact person(Dan). Dan responded exactly how and when he said he would. He was also able to iffer a discount compared with booking direct with the cruise line. So far so good!”

“WOW!!!. What a great experiance i've just had booking a Seabourn Cruise for my Wife and I. Andy Freeman was and is our concierage and he has done everything for us. He has booked the first night dining in Thomas Keller restuarant, has my Johnnie Walker Black and Bacardi ready for our suite and even got us Business class through BA and already has selected our seats..... NOW HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE!!!! Thank you so much Andy! Legend”

“Very good support from Mathew the travel consultant. However the end result in pricing was no different from what I could have achieved myself. I didn't see any benefit on this occasion in consolidating the whole package with Six Star beyond just paying a deposit to secure the holiday against paying the whole cost up front”
