“This is the 3rd time we have booked with six star cruises and they seem to know just what suits you and manages always to get a better price. We have travelled on Regent seven Seas and Azamara and have always recieved good customer service from the concierge that has been assigned to us.”

“We originally booked a cruise and add ons with your booker called Donna Worsnip in January this your for a cruise in February 2020. We did all the work ourselves and told her exactly what we wanted. Which hotels, which rooms, business class flights etc. This was all agreed a package was given to us and we were then told certain elements cannot be booked as they weren’t on sale yet but would be booked as and when they became available. After a lot of pressure from ourselves the flights were eventually booked recently. Also again with persistent asking two hotels have been booked. However the main one we asked for is not available to you with your bookers. I have looked on cheap websites and it is now sold out to them so we could only go direct to the hotel at their prices as they do seem to have a few rooms available. Why should we be doing this and why has this not been dealt with. Other cruise companies are selling these hotels as part of their packages. Please can this be dealt with immediately. It is very stressful dealing with what was supposed to be a great holiday.”

As a customer focused company feedback whether good or bad is extremely important to us, as it is only on the receipt of information such as this we can assess and improve the services that we offer. I understand your frustration in reference to your booking and I apologise that we cannot secure a room at your required hotel. We book through several suppliers and not directly with hotels. This ensures we receive the best prices possible and often our suppliers have an allocation of rooms. The particular hotel you have requested is very popular and due to the uniqueness and popularity can be difficult to book. There are very few alternative hotels in this area hence the difficulty in finding a room. We are sorry that you have booked this hotel directly and would like to assure you that had we been able to secure a room we would have done so. “My local concierge Andrew quoted for cruise I was interested in, this was not an easy enquiry because it was for 3 travellers in 2 cabins flying premium economy and flying into Dubai and out of Athens. Andrew followed up his quote without being too intrusive we booked our cruise with him.”

“I would only use Sixsta as Andrew looks after me throughout the whole process and helps make sure the flights hotels and cruise are all seamless. I think the value for a solo traveller like me is really good and the service is really excellent ! I would highly recommend them.”

“We are past clients of 6 Star Cruises but this is the first time we have been looked after by Stacey Williams. She has a great telephone manner and she showed an enthusiasm and happy approach to satisfying all of our travel needs. She is well versed in the different companies and knew exactly what info we needed before we booked. As this was our first trip to India, we were keen to take a pre-cruise land package and she was fully competent in knowing exactly what product she could recommend. She understood our requirements well. She responded extremely quickly to our emails and that impressed us too. Stacey is a credit to your Company. She creates a very professional image and impression. Well done Tracey”

“Lyndsey saved our holiday when BA cancelled our flight. A combination of professionalism and persistence resulted in the best possible outcome in the circumstances. She worked with us to look beyond the obvious options and refused to give up. Her actions have gone a long way to restore our jaded opinion of Six Star Cruises and we will be asking for her to handle any further dealings we have with the Company.”

“After 6 separate enquiries, I finally found a cruise that worked for us. Despite my previous deliberations and difficulties with personal arrangements, Katy Porter our Cruise Concierge remained focussed, professional, friendly and fun. The day I made the booking, one of Katy's colleagues handled the booking process as Katy was away and Laura was as delightful too. Having been a client for a number of years and booked in excess of 15 six star cruises, we totally rely on their wonderful spirited team of experts.”
