Friendly and helpful with booking process but missed a saving of around £3,000 from booking 2 legs of cruise separately rather than whole cruise as one. Information given on drinks package was misleading. Not advised that excursions included in the price covered only around one third of the excursions available. Got a good deal for us on return flught.
