This is our first booking with Six Star Cruises. We emailed, having seen a cruise that we were interested in booking. Emma answered our email enquiry and was very efficient throughout our booking. We are extremely pleased with the service so far.

Spoke to Hannah, Maura and Emma . All very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Only negative comment would be the continuing automated info and Awful music while on hold.

Transferring an Azamara cruise by a few months went without a hitch by the team in Six Star, and with extra help and advice from Andrew Freeman (Specialist Cruise Concierge)

My Crystal Cruise, booked through Sixstar last summer for a cruise in June of this year, was cancelled by Sixstar/Crystal in May due to Covid. After 133 days I have still not received a refund. This is despite the fact that I was initially told by Sixstar that I would be refunded in 90 days. I was then assured I would be refunded in 120 days. Sixstar have three times promised to investigate with Crystal and ring me back. None of those calls have materialised and Sixstar have also blatantly failed to respond to any E-mails or letters, including E-Mails to their Customer Services address, which in previous negative reviews they recommend people write to! Sixstar may provide a good service when booking a cruise but it is a very different story if you are trying to secure a refund. It is clearly a difficult time for cruise companies, and their agents, but if they want to have a post covid future they need to treat their customers with much more respect than they are currently doing. Sixstar sell expensive cruises but, from my experience, their service is one star.

Having recently had a cruise cancelled, we have just booked another one with the help of Stacey Williams. It is now the 4th cruise we have booked through Stacey, she is friendly, efficient, and knows the cruise industry inside out, we are happy to take her advice and always follow her recommendations

I have used six star cruises numerous times now and i find them very professional at all times I recommend anyone to use them with confidence, nothing is too much trouble and they can usually sort out anything you require My latest concierge Sheila was really helpful in sorting my re booking due to covid and i would like to thank her for her patience in these trying times

We wish to thank Sharon Briney and the team for all their help and support In sorting out the cancellation of our New Zealand Cruise because of my serious underlying health conditions. We are really pleased with the way Sharon went that extra mile to provide clear email and telephone conversations at all stages, and for guiding us through the Insurance claims process.
