We booked an Oceania cruise with Mark Sutton. Dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. 2 days after we booked the cruise dropped in price by nearly £700. I sent Mark an email, he got on to Oceania and they refunded the difference. Excellent customer service and will definItaly be back. Also Mark always phoned me back when he said he would and did everything I asked of him. First class!

Although our latest cruise with Regent Seven Seas was booked during the time of the Regent Seven Sea 25 Anniversary Sale our concierge Maura McKenna never once gave the impression that she was under additional pressure. She offered options, dealt with special requests re travel arrangements and at all times maintained a professional and courteous approach, instilling in us a sense of confidence in your company and all that is stands for. She is an extremely well informed member of your staff and does much to promote the aims and aspirations of the company.

Maura was just amazing. Having spent many years in selling I couldn't believe she made it so easy and whilst I am looking forward to my first experience on Silverseas you must know this Lady was responsible for getting the sale. I just hope it is as good as she makes it sound! In addition I have shared this with my friend Sue Warton and she has now booked via Maura and is coming on the same holiday - guess that opens up the door to the JL vouchers!

The team were knowledgeable of the product options more so than the cruise operator themselves. they listened and made time to ensure a complete understanding of requirements had been communicated and understood. They returned calls as promised and were attentive to the desire for discretion and preservation of the surprise element. As we are not regular cruise people it was very refreshing and to be treated in a manner that provided assurance and a feeling that all bases had been covered. It was also pleasing that sufficient staff were available over a wide range of hours to accommodate the calls and enquiries. A very pleasant experience.

Excellent service as always, with great attention to detail from our cruise concierge Mark. Highly recommended, and we will continue to book our cruises and other holidays with Six Star. The company certainly lives up to it's name!

Maura was very efficient and thorough and phoned at the time she said she would. She answered my queries and I am sure she will be very helpful in the later stages of the booking, flights etc.

Last year we had a disaster. I talkedit through with Joe Morrison. We had to cancel a summer cruise owing to an emergency hip revision, but Oceania were unaware of the cancellation which we thought was your responsibility. This lost precious days when our cabin might have been sold on. Being that this was our second cancellation of the year, the first with Seabourn (NZ/Aus) owing to my mother's sudden death. I was fuming. I was ready to take my bat home and go with Planet Cruise this year, but Emma Gray had always been brilliant, and we wanted to prove that loyalty wasn't skin deep. Well, she did the business this year and we go Oceania Syrena in July.

Your consultant Mathew Hawkins, listened to my request for cruise with Seabourn, and after searching, came up with exactly what we were looking for, so we booked our fifth Seabourn cruise immediately with Mathew. Also I have asked Mathew to find another Seabourn cruise for us , for early 2017 to the Carrabean. The service we received was excellent. Kind regards B.Foley

This was the first time that I had used Six Star Cruises and I was very impressed. I have been aware of their existence for a while and received emails with their offerings but remained loyal to my previous cruise company. On this occasion their offer could not be matched by my existing agent so decided to give Six Star a go. I was attracted by their offer, and very impressed with the professionalism with which they dealt with my requirements. If the experience continues on this vein I will be very content. The proof of the pudding is in the eating!

An excellent cruise consultant who was very knowledgeable (questions answered before I could ask them!), very kind and very patient. The booking of the cruise and the additional travel and hotel arrangements could not of been made easier. Overall a first class experience and I will certainly recommend you to friends and family.
