I made enquires for a Feb 2017 cruise and was very pleased with the sales person who gave me a complete explanation to all my doubts There was no pressure to book and the sales person offered any further info I required I have now booked and looking forward to the cruise

We have used Six Star cruises several times and have always found them helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend then.

Having used the services of Six Star Cruises before they were my first port of call for pricing and availability. No surprises in that it all came streaming back to me via email following my initial conversation. Nothing could be finer than dealing with people who understand what you are seeking and then making it happen. If asked, and I have been, I always put them at the top of my list when responding to the question, "Where do you go for booking your cruise holidays"

Hello. Further to my feedback, just sent again, I forgot to mention when writing this time, that the email went into my junk mail, which is why I was not able to tell Derek Mills about the John Lewis vouchers before he booked, otherwise he would have said that I recommended him. Excellent service from Katy Porter with our booking. Katy gave a clear explanation of the booking process and helped with a split payment as I am travelling with my mother. Katy called both myself and my mother back and was patient and helpful throughout.

I found Matt very helpful in booking our cruise with Silverseas. I made a booking for 12 people to go on the New Silver Muse next year. I did recommend 5 couples to Six Star Cruises but the booking has already been made, do we qualify for the John Lewis Vouchers. This booking was made on Thursday 3rd March 2016.

My booking was for a cruise starting in Cape Town 5 Jan 2017.Oceania Nautica. My cruise concierge, Donna Worsnip. I had a number of requests and queries, probably minor, but important to my husband and myself. Donna was most helpful.lf unsure she promised to contact us when she was confident of the answer.She was always accomodating. She raised questions with Oceania regarding their current O Life offers contacting us promptly following her discussions enabling us to book with Six Star Cruises with confidence.She also booked additional car hire and hotel accomodation for a pre-cruise stay in Stellenbosch. Her attention and attitude would encourage me to look to this company when booking vacations in the future.

I wasn't particularly impressed with the service. The consultant wasn't very knowledgeable. There were several things he forgot to do. The transfers didn't make sense.
