Sandie Collier, our Cruise Concierge, quickly homed in on our requirements and we soon had our cruise booked with comprehensive information in a very pleasant booking. Have used Sandie before and would be delighted to book through her again

On arrival at Miami airport no car to pick us up, stood for 30 minutes in the humidity, after a 9 hours flight and a further hour getting through immigration. After enquiring how much longer we would have to wait, she pulled over a 10 seater yellow van with a unfriendly driver who took us to the hotel. Not a good start to the holiday. Did not receive holiday pack so no luggage labels, had to ask at the port, delayed my getting on ship. The car from the hotel to the ship and the car from the ship to the airport coming back was excellent and on time. Still have the same problem dealing with you. Ring 6 times with any queries to a booking and you will get 6 different people and have to explain what was said to someone else you had spoken the previous day. there seems to be a lot of part time staff as when ever you ask to speak to a named person, the are on leave or off until the next day or so. You need to make the experience of spending thousands of pounds a bit more special. Your current system suites you but not the customer. All the operators I have dealt with have bee very helpful. We have booked cruises through Six Star Cruises on a number of occasions. We have always thought them very efficient and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and their knowledge of the Cruise market is second to none. We have of course dealt with other operators in this market but Six Star Cruises stand out way higher than the best of the rest.

The sense of calmness on this smaller ship was wonderful, along with hastle free boarding & disembarking. the food was excellent, but we struggled to get bookings for the speciality restaurants. the wines were superb.the biggest downside for me was the entertainment which was solely aimed at a much older age group than mine.

Efficient and friendly service and able to accommodate our needs well! It is important when you are booking several add ons with a cruise to have confidence that it will all work.

I will probably not use Six Star Cruises again as I found them not competitive. The last cruise booked was £400 cheaper elsewhere! Service was ok until I mentioned the above and I have heard nothing since. If you are not competitive you will lose customers.

From the moment I picked up to the phone to booking my excursions and dinner arrangements the service as been simply brilliant Donna my appointed travel concierge as been wonderful in all aspects from offering sailing options to airports to pre and post cruise hotels. Nothing was too much trouble as we did change our minds considerably and we feel we have got the best deal available. I highly recommend this route to booking a Six Star cruise and if the holiday is as good as the customer service I can`t wait for April!!!

I would like to commend Richard Wishaw who was the consultant who looked after my recent booking. His responses , both accurate and speedy were great and his advice and clarity, in what could be a bit of a minefield was superb. Well Done!

I always book cruises through six star, I always deal with Emma Taylor. The company are very efficient, pleasant to deal with, you can deal with the same person (in my case Emma Taylor) so booking becomes stress free. Would unhesitatingly recommend using company.

I was very impressed with your company and particularly Hannah Grey who dealt with my booking. Hannah was very considerate knowing that I was a bit nervous booking this holiday on my own after my husband died in November last year. I will certainly use your company again.

We used to book with Bolsover and due to an issue with Cunard giving our cabin away and Bolsover not informing us we moved to Sovereign who were very good on price, however we went to a presentation by Six Star Cruises and met a delightful young lady Called Emma. We promised to give Six Star Cruises a try and true to our word we are. Our cruise is being handled by Sandie, the process is very personalised and friendly, any questions or information is easily obtainable as they give you a direct line. So far so good up to now we cannot find any fault with Six Star Cruises. Regards A.Kay

Very helpful in providing exactly what I wanted with my choice of cruise line, hotels & airline. Ben Trinder, my concierge was very efficient in providing a comprehensive quote with all the details and at a great price. Great service and no problem in recommending these guys to anyone.

The staff are so knowledgable and always get back to you when they say they will. Staff are friendly, easy to talk to and willing to accommodate requests from customers. You can always get through on the telephone numbers and if you leave a message they will get back to you. I have no hesitation in using six star again.
