“I first spoke to Donna Worsnip who very efficiently extracted the information I needed and she told us of the new direct dial number. Perfect for us. Donna also noted from our file that we had often booked cruises with Emma Taylor and told me Emma would be in from 1pm. All the information was useful, relevant and timely. I did ring back and booked through Emma who again listened to my perspective and explained my options and we concluded a deal in minimum time with minimum fuss. Excellent service from both ladies. You should be proud of them both.”

“This is my first time booking a cruise. Hannah Grey was excellent and truly responded to all my questions like a "concierge". From my first contact she was very responsive, timely in follow-up and convinced Me this was a great cruise. I was wavering between Windstar and Seabourne and based on her attentiveness and attention to detail I booked with Hannah. Looking forward to a great cruise!”

“Seriously organised company. Used Emma Taylor who is a great organiser for 6 star cruises-so would recommend you ask for her help. This year she's organised us to fly business class to Lisbon, 2 nights in a nice hotel there, join the boat, cruise for 10 nights to Rome, 3 nights in a hotel in Rome & then fly home. All transfers are organised too. Sooo easy :)))”

“Everything worked very well apart from the taxi from Athens airport to the hotel. Driver not there and had to go to Information desk to find out what had happened. Driver's friend had our name on iPad and advised that our driver was just parking car! Not a great way to start but after that everything went well especially the cruise with Azamara which was excellent.”
