Sandie was very helpful & informative but as they say the proof of the pudding is in the eating so we hope the cruise is as wonderful as it sounds !

Hannah Grey was excellent .She was knowledgeable informative and gave good advice She called back quickly when requested and researched things well Most important of all she was no pushy and let us make our decision without pressure We would book with her again

Have booked several times now with Six Star Cruises. We like the consistent and efficient attention we get. They genuinely strive to obtain the best deal for us. As long as this continues we shall continue to return.

We use Six Star Cruises because they are competively priced, they offer Six Star service and the sales team are efficient and courteous. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

The rating would have been good if I hadn't received the other day, a reminder that FULL payment is due now for our cruise which does not depart until middle of Augusr !!!

Good afternoon Mr Taylor, Thank you for your comments, I have noted that your balance due date has been extended and has been documented in your booking notes. Some Cruise lines require payment earlier than expected, hence why you received your documents with the said date. However I am hopeful this has now been resolved. Lynsey Customer Relations Manager

Consultant worked efficiently and patiently to put together all our requirements for the cruise. This wasn't a straightforward package with varying flight and hotel options. The one weakness of the booking was the limited number of hotels that they could offer in Malta - there were good hotels in the right locality but they didn't appear on their list of available hotels.

I have found booking with Six Star Cruises a reliable process which gives me extra value through the service provided at a competitive price. On the few occasions that I have contacted a cruise line direct I have found the process impersonal and less efficient. Amongst the specific highlights was the ongoing concern I had over the price being asked by both the cruise line and BA for two single direct flight tickets from Montreal to LHR at the end of a cruise departing from Southampton. At various times over a 12 month period these tickets were priced at between £700 & £850 each. At Emma's suggestion I looked at using Icelandair (modern fleet) with a short 1hr 20 stopover in Iceland and booked tickets at £250 each creating a huge saving. What is more with Icelandair you can reserve specific seats foc whereas on my last BA flight I paid £86 extra in economy just so I could be sure we would be seated next to each other - scandalous! A final benefit of this booking is that Icelander do free stopovers for up to 7 days. I would not have known any of this had I not got help from Emma.

The service is outstanding. Richard Wishaw is the consultant I use and really goes out of his way to accommodate my requirements. I travel extensively with work, therefore can be difficult to reach, but he always manages to get the relevant information to me. I have now booked a number of cruises with you, and intend to book many more. Really appreciate the service.

We have recently booked two cruises for later in the year, and have been impressed with the service provided. Email response was quick and we were given access to the iCruiseConciege app for both cruises which provided extensive details of what we can expect.

Donna was excellent and spent a lot of time finding the perfect cruise formy friend and me. She also answered any questions I had afterwards. I did have a slight problem, in that some of my emails bounced back saying that her box was full. Later though she came back with the answer to my concern. Another excellent person was Katie, who comprehensively answered my query on the final invoice regarding transfers. She also spent a lot of time helping with my champagne offer. I must say that although I was pleased with your booking service, I have been delighted with your after sales service, which is very important to me. It gives me confidence in you as a company and I will not only use use as my first call in future but will further recommend you to my friends.

This is a difficult review to write. I consistently receive excellent service from Richard Wishaw, Cruise Concierge. The experience with Richard is like having a personal friend making my travel arrangements" responsive and attentive, always there when I need him, knowledgable and extremely reliable. However, my overall experience with Six Star Cruises have been somewhat tainted this week by poor levels of service from the infrastructure in Chorley which caused me to miss an upgrade offered by Seabourn and also emails sent to be regarding some charges. Despite complaint, I have to date not received any management response. As a frequent cruiser, I regularly make onboard bookings and then transfer them back to a UK agent. I currently have 4 future cruise bookings now with Six Star and a further Seabourn booking to be transferred to the UK. The service that Richard provides is exemplary and exceeds "Very Good" consistently. However, there are clearly back-office processes within the Six Star infrastructure that require more attention to detail in terms of quality. As an aside, I observed in the latest brochure mailing, the use of the Seabourn logo with what is clearly a Silversea South African Cruise as an example of detail not picked up.
