This is the second time we have booked through six star cruises,and hopefully the outcome will be just as satisfactory. We are waiting our final invoice.

Only just had contact with company. The concierge advisors are very helpful & have helped me to proceed with my booking. Hopefully the initial positive experience will continue.

From my initial contact enquiring about a holiday I was very impressed with the service I received. Everything was followed up and any queries I had were answered very efficiently. Before I booked I researched Sixstar cruises to ensure that I picked the right holiday. We are so looking forward to this cruise and I am confident that everything will go like clockwork. The two Matthews at Sixstar that I dealt with were excellent in helping me so thank you to them both.

I recently took a short cruise on Crystal Serenity and my cruise consultant was Joe Morrison. I couldn't fault the service I received. I booked at the last minute as I was very uncertain whether to do it or not. I had recently lost my husband and had doubts as to whether I wanted to cruise alone. From the start Joe was very reassuring. Crystal treat solo travellers very well. I boarded in Malta and was immediately impressed by this beautiful ship. Having cruised on other Six Star ships I believe that Crystal compare very favourably with them. Joe was so helpful and even suggested what I chose to eat at Prego and Silk Road, the specialist restaurants on board. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in booking again with Six Star Cruises and would certainly use Joe's services. His telephone manner was so friendly. Thank you Joe. You made it so easy and I hope to be in touch again in the not too distant future.

Our cruise consultant Emma Gray was excellent from start to finish! She listened to our requirements for our holiday and then arranged the package which included a week at an all-inclusive hotel in Barbados -Crystal Cove - and a week cruising the Caribbean on the Silversea ship, Silver Whisper. Both were excellent. Crystal Cove is ideally placed on a white sandy beach for a relaxing holiday; the staff are efficient and friendly and all drinks, meals and water-sports are included. It was the fist time we had cruised with Silversea and found the suites fabulous with a luxurious bathroom (with bath, shower and twin vanity basins), walk-in wardrobe and butler service in addition to the normal amenities found with other cruise-lines. We were cruising to celebrate a special anniversary and our butler organised a special celebration for us to mark it. All-in-all - a wonderful experience!!

This was my first time booking a cruise, it was Anthony Donovan that I spoke to, he explained everything to that was all of great help. I made my booking with him and he said he would contact me in a few days time to make sure everything was ok and yes he did, such a nice person who seemed to know what he was talking about. I couldnt of wished for anymore help. Thank you Anthony Donovan you are a star !!!

We have always had excellent service from our 'cruise concierge' Erin Madine, and when she was away, Maura McKenna stood in admirably. Nothing is too much trouble.

Have used many tour operator over the years and usually parted the ways after some disaster or other e.g. arranging tours in the States and Mexico longer than the 3-months visitors visa or having us walk to the bottom of the Grand Canyon to the Indian village which was some 100 miles along the canyon!! You've - to date well got to keep you on your toes - have been very efficient and helpful. The one future problem you face is we live a quarter of a mile from ROL's office and I was at school with the founder!!

Excellent service. Hannah Grey was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave us choices for a variety of cruises in order for us to get the holiday we wanted.

This is not the first cruise booked with Six Star but it is the first time I felf I was dealing with a real person, where nothing was too much trouble, I would like to feel I could use Richard in the future to look after our bookings and get the best product to fit out needs and our pocket! It could mean an extra cruise. Anne and Tim Carter

The process of booking was efficient and easy mainly due to Maura McKenna who is very good at her job. Still trying to correct one document which is proving difficult but the holiday is not until 2017 so I am sure it will get resolved.

Very efficient and friendly service. Your concierge/ageny Katy did a very good job. Her manner was relaxed but at the same time friendly and painstaking with great attention to detail. Many thanks - we look forward to a happy and relaxing cruise.
