Sandie gave us excellent service. We were unsure whether to book with her or an alternative cruise specialist. However, she beat them on all counts.

Jolie cruise concierge was very helpful and is in the process of finalising our forthcoming cruise in November 2014. We are very happy with the help she provided to us. She even managed to book our car parking in Bristol for a reduced rate. Thank you so much Jolie Mrs Anna O'Gorman

Booked and fully paid for cruise on Regent Seven Seas Navigator Ref: 1959771. The booking included: 1. John Lewis vouchers to the value of £200. 2. Magnum of champagne. 3. On board credit of $400. 4. Access to ICruiseConcierge. As of today we have received none of the above items nor any indication of when we will receive them.

Itinerary of Trip changed 48 hours ago. Still waiting to hear from Six Star Cruises of the Change. Realised by chance and telephoned Regent for confirmation. I would have thought that this was very important considering an expenditure of £9,000. Especially as this new amended itinerary was undertaken with Regent this time last year! Helen Morgan

We phoned to get prices for a future cruise and asked for Michelle, who dealt with us superbly on a previous cruise. However, Michelle was unavailable, so we dealt with Debbie. I have to say that Debbie was equally friendly and efficient. She was very obliging and paid superb attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned, to provide us with a very acceptable deal which fulfilled all our requirements. Her manner was extremely personable and it was a pleasure to consult with her.

We thought about taking a cruise at 4pm on a Wednesday and 24 hours later, Kevin Anderson had booked us a cruise and we had sailed away from Venice. Brilliant work on his part. Well done Cruise118.
