Over promise and Underdeliver.
When we first started with SSC there was a lot of attention and feedback and the initial cruise booking went exceptionally well and on that basis we booked and took several more in (for us) a space of one year. This service evaporated rapidly once we had booked these cruises with poor feedback and service.
Various discussions were held and finally we migrated to other cruise booking companies.
Very disappointed.
