“I had a job for a little old lady in which her sink hot tap was on the verge of becoming a major problem, how it was holding together I don't know. Anyway we did a tour of the DIY stores and could not find what she was wanting. So I did a search online and found what she was looking for with this company. It was a bank holiday when i ordered but I hoped for delivery by the following weekend when i was next due to visit her. Two days later my order status was still showing "Pending" for an indicated in stock item which in the past with another company became a nightmare to resolve. However, I emailed Sink-Taps.com and received a fast reply, the taps were dispatched that day and delivered the next day,well packaged, of good quality and on time to do the job. All in all a fast delivery of ordered goods but "Pending" just fills me with such dread after an unrelated incident by another supplier that i have to knock off a star..”

“Very knowledgable and helpful over the phone. The chap I spoke to knew that I’d ordered the wrong sort of tap initially and able to tell me exactly what I needed instead. I was also able to get next day delivery as the bathroom fitters needed the tap ASAP. Great service.”

“I did not realise there was a six week waiting period. This was not made clear at the time. The website was indicating a one or two day turn around. I am still waiting. I have ordered quality taps and hopefully will be happy when they arrive.”
