“While researching kitchen taps online, I came across this company as one stocking the tap I had identified. But I needed more information and was getting nowhere with the manufacturer. So I rang Sinks-Taps Technical information line. My call was answered very quickly - no waiting on hold, picking menu options, etc. The agent was very helpful, open and seemed to have plenty of time for my questions. Later I ordered the tap from the company's website, an easy process. I believe postage would have been free but I opted for a designated delivery day using DPD, at an extra charge. It arrived on the date specified, was well packaged in a soft bag, with layers of bubble wrap within a cardboard box and an extra layer of cardboard round the box, all enclosed with a well taped plastic bag”

“Ordered Blanco filter 02/08/26. DHL show as delivered 04/08/26, but delivered to the wrong address. DHL not interested in helping. Sinks Taps told me to try and find the parcel, but all I have is a phot of a front door which isn't mine. Sinks Taps started process with DHL to retrieve the wrongly delivered parcel. Contacted Sinks Taps on 06/08/26, 10/08/26, 11/08/26 and finally asked for refund on 17/08/26. Said to wait 5 to 10 days for refund. Chased 26/08/26 to ask if refund yet processed, no reply given. Refund still not received so started charge back claim. Suggest you avoid Sinks and Taps like the plague, they might be cheap, but terrible service. Also avoid DHL, as they're simply not interested as they took a photo and said it's delivered”

“Excellent advice on the 'phone when enquiring about the particular tap I was interested in and it came within a couple of days. The price was over £100 cheaper that the manufacturers website. I fitted it today and it works. Happy days!”

“Ordered two items as promised next day delivery, or at least within 48 hours. Still haven't received them a week later. Zero communication from them, and when I called to chase as they were important parts, I was told that it was a warehouse issue and they weren't interested in helping any further. Very poor service from a "family run" business. Still waiting on my ordered parts. Avoid this business if you are looking for them to arrive in a timely manner. Can't comment on the quality of the order as they are not here!”
