“Checked with all my usual suppliers, the required sinks were not available, and the pricing was high, so after a brief search, I found Sinks-Taps.com, and for the first time, a supplier dispatched the items in the correct format. These sinks are very heavy and difficult for couriers and drivers to handle correctly, so I have had several damaged in the past, this time they were perfectly placed and secured on a pallet. Great job.”

“I really wanted to give 5 stars as the tap arrived in days ..the website said 4-6 WEEKS!..so that was impressive. I have one of the Swich water filter systems already and this is a gift for my sister..she wants it fitted in her kitchen. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I asked a question via the chat..my question was “is the kit complete on arrival , will I need to purchase an a tea parts”?..the response that came back was “the filter is included”. I know that so the question I asked wasn’t really answered. I haven’t bought from Sinks-Taps.com before but I am assuming all is present and correct.”

“Ordered item from Sinks-Taps.Com on April 18th 2026 which was despatched on April 24th. At the time of ordering it was stated that the item was in stock. To date I have not received the Item I purchased. The purchase experience was efficient but there the efficiency ends. My e-mail enquiry from 1st May 2026 to the seller regarding my delivery remains unanswered. The seller's selected courier, DHL, have not responded to my enquiry as to where my delivery is or when they are likely to deliver. Although DHL stated they made an attempted delivery it would appear that this attempt was made to an incorrect address. Either myself or other family members have waited in on several occasions, hours at a time, to sign for the delivery as is the Courier's request. A totally unsatisfactory purchase experience without contact from either party.”
