“Ordered two items as promised next day delivery, or at least within 48 hours. Still haven't received them a week later. Zero communication from them, and when I called to chase as they were important parts, I was told that it was a warehouse issue and they weren't interested in helping any further. Very poor service from a "family run" business. Still waiting on my ordered parts. Avoid this business if you are looking for them to arrive in a timely manner. Can't comment on the quality of the order as they are not here!”

“Have an issue to get refund. I have paid £22 for return postage, write them email on 9th July 2026 at 6:11pm, no response. I have call them 2 x and leave me waiting on line over 15 minutes so have not sort anything! The item has been delivered on 24th June at 10:58 I am writing the review on 17th July at 13.03. Very disappointed with the service!!!!”

“tap arrived quite quickly, packageing was very good, i am very impressed with the service and the ease of ordering, not fitted yet as still waiting kitchen but looking at the tap it's very similar to the one it's replacing and thats been used for the past 20 years, so i hope the quality is as good as it appears to be.”

“I have bought the Abode Kitchen Sink Tap before and liked the Design and look of the Taps, so when I needed to replace the one I have I searched online and found the exact same one. And luckily it wasn’t very far away either. The website was easy to use and the Taps were despatched very quickly and arrived promptly. My plumber fitted them and they look very smart so Thank You for your prompt service”

“Recently purchased a Blanco Wave drainer, to go with our inset sink. We have only a small space and this product is perfect. The problem we found is that our sink has a raised profile, so many drainers were either too large or the plastic mat style didn't drain away. This is very solid, and fits over the raised profile. Another bonus is that I can use a conventional dish drainer with it. I cant find any other product like it.”
