“The tap I ordered was in stock on the website showing shipping in 1-2days. However, a week after ordering there was no sign of it being shipped. I tried to follow the steps online to check delivery status (for if you don't have an account, which I don't) but it just kept asking me to create an account. When I emailed customer service, I did get quite a quick response in the form of an apology that the website was incorrect. Due to manufacturing issues the tap wouldn't be available until May (I ordered in February and need the tap sooner than then). I asked to cancel the order and for a refund, which was also promptly answered. They confirmed the refund would be with me in 5 working days. I was also given an email address for the accounts team should I have any further questions. Bit concerning but so far sort of so good. Over a week later I'd still not been refunded. I emailed customer service and accounts (same emails to both) four times about this over a period of 15 days, all with no responses. My last email suggested I would get my credit card company and/or the Financial Ombudsman involved if the lack of refund/communication continued. Shortly after that I got an email from PayPal that my credit card was expecting a refund. But I got no further communication, explanation or apology from Sinks Taps. In all it took a month for my refund to arrive. Pretty poor to be honest.”
