“I placed an order for a Butler Sink to the sum of £250, which the website assured was in stock and would be delivered in 3 days! A couple of hours later I received an email from customer services, stating the sink was out of stock until May, with suggestions of alternatives that were double the price. I have to hand it to them… a refund was issued straight away when requested. However, I’m now sat with £250 in limbo so I can’t order from somewhere else.”

Thank you for your review. The product you ordered was a Special Order product and the webiste showed an average delivery time of 4-6 weeks. We actually managed to delivery to you in less than half that time - around 2 weeks. The review request is totally independent and does say that (due to the variation in delivery times) you may not have received the product yet.

“I haven't fitted the sink and tap yet. It was delivered on time. It was well packaged all the corners had cardboard corners. Tap was securely fitted in side the sink bowl. All the other parts were secure. Very impressed will definitely order again.”

“How ridiculous & irritating to get a request for a review when you haven’t even received the item, ordered 5 days ago. According to the tracking info the order is still pending. I rang up to confirm that the order had been received and to ask when I would get it. I only chose this company because it said “usually 2-3 days” 😡”

Hi Maggi Thank you for your review. The website shows the standard FREE delivery as an average of 5 working days and the faster option of 2-3 days. We can see that you selected the FREE option and therefore did not get delivery on the faster service. We are sorry if this wasnt clear enough and the delivery options confused you when making the selection. “Had a problem with delivery not arriving despite being dispatched. Spoke to a lovely reassuring lady who phoned me back later to tell me that a new sink would be on its way. - Arrived the next day via Fed ex. Really brilliant service. Felt instantly well looked after. Thank you.”
