“Purchased a composite basin to update kitchen. Service and delivery were excellent. Only issues I had were with the insulation. The dimensions on the instructions weren't correct but that was basically a case of measuring, the worst part was the clips provided to help secure the basin. I'm aware they're an additional option and the silicone should do the job, but unfortunately at one point I needed the clip just to nip up the seal. Getting them in was almost impossible and once fitted they popped out when they were tightened. The clamp doesn't accommodate a 28mm worktop, that may have been my mistake. The quality of the basin is excellent and these are only minor niggles that may help others”

“I knocked 1 star off my review as I was instructed to leave an answer phone message in the morning and someone would get back to me. I rang again mid to late afternoon to place my order as no callback. The guy who answered the phone was very apologetic . On the plus side the raps were delivered promptly and packaged well. So overall very happy”

“Radiator price was good and buying process was simple and straightforward. My instruction to leave the parcel under or behind the car in my drive was ignored. It was left in full sight on my front door while I was away for a couple of days.”

“Easy to order and great choice. Items arrived in perfect condition. Only bugbear I had was I paid £12 for delivery and selected my day. I then received an email saying part of the order was going to be delivered by a different company and could be on a different day. If I’m paying £12 and selecting my preferred delivery date, I want it on that date, not a different one.”

“Excellent service overall. When I realized that the tap I selected had a long delivery time, i was recommended an equivalent item that was readily available. Having to provide a utility bill to confirm a perfectly valid credit card and already cleared payment just because I am non-UK based was irritating, however.”

Hi Axel. Many thanks for your review/feedback. The additional checks were as a consequence of you having a credit card registered abroad and a UK delivery address. For fraud purposes, this has to be checked. Our systems are quick and efficient and your utility bill resolved the issue and your order was immediately dispatched.

“Really good customer service - they organised a faster delivery for me. And I really like that it’s coming directly from them rather than them contacting a manufacturer to send it (as is the case with other companies). Delivery was very nice and the sink looks great so far and - crucially - it matches with the dimensions they had on their website (which the last I ordered didn’t..) Four stars as we haven’t fitted it yet!”

“Monobloc spray sink taps arrived 2 days after order, fitted a couple of days later, look great and work fine - are a direct replacement of what I had before. Would be helpful of the hose connection sizes were published since they are not a standard fit.”
