“Only gave 4 stars, as I have not fitted the new tap yet - so jury out on the quality of product. But the ordering, communications on status of order, and delivery has been first class. Kept informed, even by Delivery/Courier Company DPD, all along.”

“Excellent goods at a very competitive price, and delivered as requested. The goods (sink and tap) were very well packed. I would have preferred a better defined delivery schedule slot than sometime between 8am to 6.30pm on the delivery day, and I was surprised to find I had a wooden pallet to accommodate and dispose of, but otherwise all good.”

“We needed a replacement Abode tap and Sinks-Taps.com supplied. Very good delivery service within the allotted timeframe and well packaged. Tap arrived in very good condition and we're pleased with the results. And £117 cheaper than John Lewis! Well pleased!”

“I wanted to purchase some Perrin & Rowe pewter taps and Sinks-Taps were much cheaper than anyone else however one of the sets of taps I wanted was available in 4-6 weeks whereas I needed it in 3 weeks as it was a special order item. I used the online help to ask if there was any chance that it would be available sooner and was assured it would be and within my timescale - in fact it arrived within 6 days! The service was fabulous and I was very happy. The taps are also beautiful and appear to be very good quality. They have not been installed yet but I am sure they will be great.”
