“Had online chat about my intending purchase of tap,.They were very helpful and I then made decision to purchase tap on their advice . Two weeks have passed and I still not have received the tap. I did not understand at time of purchase it would take this long. I cannot actually review tap or in what condition it will arrive in . I m giving this company a good rating in the fact they were good at the sales point online . Fingers crossed that my tap will arrive soon and the rating will warrant what I’m giving them.”

“Purchased the Reginox Harlem granite sink from this company, the quality is fantastic, looks gorgeous in my kitchen was exceptionally pleased with it Was really impressed with the service, the sink was well packaged so not much chance of any transit damage, needed to contact the service team who were polite and extremely professional very impressed. Will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing new sinks / taps, can’t fault them”

“I’m happy with my purchase however I was charged a premium for next day delivery and received part of my order 2 days later although I was called nothing has been done about it I would like my delivery refunded.”

“I ordered a tap which was advertised with next day delivery, after 2 days I received an email that the tap is out of stock and I needed to wait 2 weeks. I cancelled immediately my order, however, I am still waiting my refund 2 weeks after the cancellation. This is not a customer service you would expect in 2019.”
