“Very pleased with the service, when ordering a Perrin & Rowe item I was expecting to have to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery. Richard quickly checked their stock order from supplier and was informed one would be available to despatch within the week.”

“Initial lack of communication of the order was made up by Richard owning the issue. All the stops were pulled out and products were delivered to required dates. Would recommend and use again.”

“Kitchen installation is work in progress but the sink is just what I wanted. Nice chopping board and basket included. These have been extras with other companies. Good quality at a good price!”

“Service by internet & phone quick & easy. I needed next day delivery but extra charge was over £27 but via phone was reduced to £8+ rather a difference but still expensive. I have yet to receive product.”

“I paid £19 for quick delivery that did not happen on the agreed day. I then needed to call them a few times to work out what had happened. The first order had got lost, they ordered a second which arrived on time, so all was well in the end, but it took some effort.”

Hi Christian Thank you for the feedback. We are really sorry the parcel didn't arrive on time as planned. We send thousands of products by courier and just occasionally the odd parcel goes missing. As soon as we were aware the parcel had not arrived we immediately sent out a replacement whilst trying to find out what happened to the first one! Our main concern was to not inconvenience you any further hence why we didn't wait to try and find the first missing parcel! Again, apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. “Excellent website with loads of important technical information in easy to understand language. The tap I bought was reasonably priced and arrived the next day, even though I hadn't paid the extra for that. Highly recommended.”
