“Really pleased other than delivery didn’t arrive the day it was supposed too, and when they say it will cost you £40 to have it redelivered this is rather annoying. They were quick to sort it out and arrived the following day but no phone call an hour before arrived as stated in email.”

“I 'phoned, didn't have to wait ages listening to awful music as so often happens, but was straight away put through to Richard who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions in MY language !! He had a very clear telephone voice and was very friendly and took down all the details for my order. How nice to talk with someone who knew what he was talking about - makes such a lovely change, thank you Richard.”
