“I needed information on a made to order item and I received excellent customer service with an excellent price - Nothing was too much trouble for James or Richard and of course I submitted my order. Excellent!!”

“When I called I was anxious due to a problem with another order of a tap from a different company and explained to Richard I have my kitchen being fitted in under two weeks and was concerned it would delay the cutting of the worktop. Richard explained although the tap I want would take up to 10 weeks to arrive, I could use my current tap as the size how is the same. This helped me understand it was going to be okay and Richard had a calming reassuring voice. When you had new kitchen it is all the others things not just the tap. So felt okay in the end and ordered my tap.”

“Great to work with when they are no issues but when we asked to return an item we were told no because we are a company and it was at their discretion. We tried to order a replacement item through them, but they wouldn't price match and we were told they would only accept the return if we brought the replacement tap from them which was over £120 more expensive than elsewhere online. The owners tone is very rude and unhelpful, such a shame really.”
