Ordered a ceramic sink and received an order confirmation stating 3-5 days delivery. On the 6th day I received an email stating that the sink had been incorrectly displayed on the site and was not available. No alternative was offered, not even a discount on a future purchase. The email may have said "Tuff Luck - Serves you right for getting your hopes up". I understand that items can be "Withdrawn from production" or "out of stock", that's not what upsets me the most, but 6 days to tell me? Really? In thisday and age that is not good customer service.
