“Very Helpful Advisor Jon. Competitive pricing and advice. The ordering process was helpful and Jon stayed online to check everything was correct. The courier service offered is good as well as I have used them before on orders to France. You will receive your order much quicker using a UK company than a French one. “The tap is of good quality and looks fine. We will not be able to comment on the performance until it is fitted in a weeks time. The delivery was very slow (ordered 29/03/18 - delivered 09/04/18 ) and poor communication.”

“I had inadvertently ordered the the wrong item, not being a plumber, and once I realised I went online and spoke with John. Really nice chap who pointed me in the right direction of the actual product that I needed whilst also arranging the return and full refund of the item that I had initially purchased! Great company with great staff, very quick to help and provide the right solution, and also fast delivery! Would not hesitate to use this company in the future... GREAT SERVICE!”

“I needed a specific type of Hot Tap and spoke to John on the on-line chat service. He was indeed an expert, he gave me very specific information. Double checked some technicalities for me and was professional and patient. Richard on the phone call was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. There price was better than competitors as well My tap arrives tomorrow. All in all, I would say Outstanding.”
