“Good product and delivered quickly. It wouldn’t have helped if I had received an email telling me the goods had been despatched. The first I knew of planned delivery was when dpd text me to say they would deliver 1 hour later. Had to reschedule delivery at additional cost to ensure somebody at home to sign for it.”

“Trying to get a returns number from them to enable me to send back a sink was like getting blood from a stone. After eventually returning the sink I was advised that a refund could take up to 30 days. It took much longer (ie. never happened) and I had to send several emails to request my money back. When they did process the refund a restocking fee was deducted which was never mentioned before. This company is great at taking your money and appalling at customer service after the sale. AVOID at all costs.”

Dear Mrs Mercer We are very sorry we didn't provide the service you expected on this occasion. The main problem seems to have been that you returned a sink 6 weeks after the date of delivery. Our usual returns system means that we cannot accept a product for return after 14 days. However on this occasion as you ordered a replacement sink we accepted the returned item and also reduced our standard restocking charge from 25% to just 10%, as a gesture of goodwill. This then created an error on the system and it would not provide a returns number for your original order. We have now looked into our systems and procedures and actioned a fix for being able to provide a return number on goods returned outside the 14 day period. Hi Susan. We love your 5 star review, thank you! Although the website is very good, we still encourage customers who have a particular requirement to call us to see if we can help. In this case, the website stated that you were passed the cut-off time for the product to be delivered on a next day service. However, our sales team checked with the warehouse and the courier hadnt actually collected, so we were able to quickly get your order picked, checked and packed as you required! “Good choice. Good quality. Speedy delivery. The "Wow!" factor was that the phone was answered immediately (late evening) and the guy was able to sort out everything I needed immediately, no fuss, soI could order straight away. Good service.”

“I did not recieve the sink i ordered, I had been made aware by another company that not manufactured any more but as you accepted my order I thought you must still have some in stock as was still advertised on your website. Same make recieved but will cost me more money to install as I will have to have a tap hole cut into the granite worktop. Also the email said I had to check the delivery before driver left, the driver would not wait and explained if he did for every 4 deliveries it would add an hour to his day.”

Hi Janet Our Customer Services Manager called you and discussed this matter with you. The manufacturer had made an alteration to the specification of the sink and we were totally unaware of this. We have now updated our website and can only apologise for the inconvenience that this caused. 99.9% of delivery drivers will complete the delivery without an issue. We are sorry that this driver seems to have not followed our basic company instructions. We have now submitted an official complaint to ensure in future, the procedure is followed.

“Transaction was straight forward. Delivery service was not great. Extreme weather was understandable in good up but delivery went back to local depot to sit there for a day missing the rearranged delivery slot. Not ideal when a plumber is booked.”
