“Customer service was very good, re the sink itself, a nice size and like the tap. knowing it is a working sink, don't like the scratches because of the pot and pans. Have put a plastic sink mat but still has scratches. ideas welcome”

“The shower head works well but it came without the sealing washer and filter, which I had to remove from the old shower head and which fortunately fitted into the new head.”

“I have dealt with this company for approx 7 years, for filters for my hot/cold water tap, these have always been delivered to me within 48 hours from ordering. This year I also had to replace the tap and the tank, which they gave me the same very good service. I will not be looking to buy these things from any other company”

“We bought a ceramic kitchen sink and a tap to go with it, very helpful sales lady helped us arrange a fast delivery so that we could have the kitchen ready for Christmas. The pallet delivery man was really good too, arrived when promised, then brought the sink up our long drive and put it in the garage for us,”

“Very good customer service. I was able to establish the estimated time of delivery which meant I could organise my day. Lovely helpful staff and courier. It was good to b able to check product before courier left. I love sink and tap and looks lovely in my new kitchen. Only thing I have to watch is scratches to sink.”
