“Excellent service and great product. Having searched the internet for a Reginox ceramic sink & tap, which I needed ASAP/by the following day, I came across this website. Not only was sinks & taps the cheapest, but they also offered a hole punching service for the tap (choice of right hand or left hand drainer). I called the sales line at 9am in the morning to place my order for pick up (as it turned out I was local). The sink and tap was punched and ready for pick up within the hour and picked up by a family member who happened to passing through!!! Very pleased overall, the service was quicker, cheaper and better than any other supplier!!”

“I bought a ceramic kitchen sink and tap online, very pleased with the quality and delivery although the tap came as a package with the sink it was a bit wobbly when installed otherwise very happy.”

“I have been charged already, via my credit card for a product which is out of stock and which, obviously, I have not received. No-one has phoned me to explain what I should do next; I have piping already installed in my floor for the product I ordered; I need someone to ring me to clarify which subsitute product I can have which will fit the installed pipe.”

Hi Sian. You ordered the cooker hood on 27th September at 6:49pm. On 29th September a member of our customer service team emailed you to say the model had been discontinued but we could supply the new replacement model. They also included a link to the product. “Product was delivered as described and undamaged. The flexibility of delivery is frustrating being told I could pay more on top of the delivery charge to specify a time and to receive a sink on a wooden pallet I then have to dispose of was inconvenient”

Hi Steve. Many thanks for your review. Up to 2013 we had our own home delivery service and we could provide a 2 hr time slot to customers. Unfortunately due increased operating costs and the reluctance of customers to pay for delivery, we had to look for an alternative. The system we have now enables us to specify an exact delivery day for the customer and on the day of delivery we can provide a 2-3 hour delivery window. As with many systems, the delivery company we use do charge extra for services such as a timed delivery or delivery before a certain time. However, we very rarely use these extra services as 99% of customers can work within a 2-3 hour time slot. Apologies if on this occasion we didn't provide a service that met your expectations. We are always looking at ways to improve our delivery service and take your comments onboard.

“The customer service I received from sinks - taps was first class. Someone was always available to answer my questions online, over email or by phone. I even chatted online with a rep on a bank holiday Monday which I thought was above and beyond. The end products are gorgeous and exactly what we were expecting. Very happy and would definitely recommend”

“I used sinks-taps.com for first time a few weeks ago for Reginox 11/2 bowl sink (without a drainer). It is difficult to find a decent SS sink without a drainer (which can facilitate a better design solution in certain "tight" kitchen layouts - particularly where a dishwasher is being installed), I used sinks-taps.com again for a Bluci mixer tap. On both occasions I ordered via telephone as I prfere to double check the order PRIOR to finalising it as this can save time and inconvenience if (possibly) requiring to return an incorrect order. On both occasions the the products were correct and delivery was exactly as expected with very good text and advisory e-mails updating delivery by DPD: in short - excellent all round. Dear Mr Bray. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. I have looked into this matter and found the sink was in stock at the time of order but the tap was shown on the website as out of stock. We spoke to you about the delay on the phone and one of our Customer Service team then emailed you a list of three possible alternative models. It would seem from your comments that the email was not received and therefore you were under the impression that no one had come back to you. I have spoken to the Customer Service team and explained we must back up emails with possible alternative products, with a phone call to the customer! Again, please accept my sincere apologies.
