“In a long building project I have ordered many items but rarely have I had such great service. I needed a ceramic sink to be on the lower side than was standard for that manufacturer and I was promised that boxes would be opened and sinks measured until the right one was found. This was more than the manufacturer would do as I had already contacted them. The sent sink was perfect- thank you. The tap finish was completed to order and arrived within the time frame and looks great. The price for both products was very competitive and the service outstanding.”

“I needed to know why my new tap was not working properly. The person I spoke to at Sinks-Taps explained that even though certain taps were rated for low pressure, very few of them would work with a gravity-fed system. I was directed to a tap which does the job (more or less), and I'm happy with my purchase. I do however think the website could explain which taps work on a gravity-fed system, which many people in the UK still have.”

“Purchased a sink which arrived perfectly boxed with no damage,which in this day and age is a plus! Great customer service and the delivery driver was polite and helpful too.All in all I would recommend this site.”

“Nice tap at a good price. However the tap was advertised as coming with an airiator . It came with a standard nozzle I phoned customer services about this and they where very friendly and said they would send me an airiator, however when it arrived it was another standard nozzle. I would therefore suggest changing the wording on the Web page as it is misleading.”

“Service from initial enquiry to delivery was quick, product advice was good and accurate. The product quality was good - with dimensional tolerances advertised as different to the manufacturers own, I was concerned that I might not get a good enough fit in my kitchen units. The sink was in fact a good fit.”

“The product and service was excellent. The only problem was that the pipe fittings supplied with the sink didn't match up to British piping (it is an italian make I think). My professional plumber had a devil of a job to get the two different sized pipes to marry up and stop leaking. Having done that, the sink and taps look wonderful.”

“My buying experience with your company is excellent and will continue trading with you in the future. There is one point I wish to raise and that is with invoices. I would like an invoice sent with every purchase, either included with the item or by email. This is the one area I seem to have a problem with and this is not just your company but with internet purchases in general and have to spend valuable time and phone call cost chasing this up.
