“The salesperson (Richard Broadbent) had sound product knowledge, was emotionally intelligent and a clear communicator who also listened, asked questions and proposed an appropriate solution without over or under-selling. This immediately inspired confidence and hastened towards a close. The back up systems in place supported him well and left no scope for confusion.”

“Very pleased with the 2 taps and sinks ordered. Had a slight problem with one of the taps, I sent an email in the evening and by 9.30 the following morning had a telephone call from the manufacturer saying a replacement part would be despatched that day. Would definitely order from this company again”

“I purchased a villeroy and boch sink with waste. the sink was excellent and a fair price but i also purchased the waste with this. which the person said i needed. on day of installation the fitter said that it was the wrong waste so i made a call to the seller.They said that the person with the information regard what waste i needed was in a meeting and would call me back. Guess what no call back. I know i should chase this up but when someone says they will call you expect it.so thats why i giving it a poor rating,”

Hi Andy Please accept our apologies. I have looked into the issue and found the message left with a member of staff did not get passed onto the technical department. Whilst we have an excellent team and a normally robust system, we will occasionally miss the odd callback. I have also checked your product content and found the correct items for your sink were ordered and should have fitted together without any problems. It may have possibly been your fitter who wasn't familiar with the items.

“This company is one of the best I have dealt with online,ordered a inset sink and tap from them and both arrived on the days they said.kept you informed by email of each part of the delivery process .When the sink arrived on a pallet the driver was very polite and helpful . The new sink and tap looks great in the new kitchen , Thanks sinks and taps you were a pleasure to deal with .”

“The sink unit I bought from you was good value for the price paid and good quality too. However the waste accessories supplied were non UK standard and I had to go and purchase UK replacements. If you are selling foreign plumbing items you should ensure UK compatibility.”
