“Delivery was slow and communication was poor - I had to chase delivery after a week of receiving no communication re. Delivery. Telephone manner of customer services whilst by no means rude was not particularly professional in terms of delivering quality customer service. Relative to other firms I dealt with whilst kitting out my new kitchen sinks-taps.com did not compare well. On the plus side the sink and tap I bought look fantAstic in my new kitchen and did eventually arrive well packaged and free from damage.”

“When I bought the tap on line the website indicated it would be delivered in about a week but after a few days, the company mailed me and said due to a delay at the manufacturer the tap wouldn't be ready for a while. Then it all went silent for a while until I mailed them again a couple weeks later.. whereupon they told me there was another delay. Took quite a while to get the tap in the end. THEN, when it showed up, it turns out to have irregular sized connecting nozzles. My plumber who installed the tap has been in the business for 20 years and in his words has "installed hundreds of thousands of taps". He tells me the connecting nozzles (i.e where the hose connects to the water supply) all come in one of two standard sizes. Not this tap that I ordered though. He had to go to three different plumbing supply shops to find the right adaptor so this tap could be fitted. I rechecked the website to see if the connection nozzle dimensions were listed and i didn't see them. Then, once fitted, the water pressure is MUCH lower than it used to be. Given that I paid £235 for a tap I have to say all this has in general been a poor experience. I don't know how much is genuinely the fault of Sinks-Taps.com to be fair though.”

“Plumber fitted new tap but we noticed it was retaining water after use. The retained water would be suddenly released at infrequent periods - sometimes after half - to one hour. Called back plumber and the only thing he could suggest was replacing the outer filter. This has helped but the tap now runs slowly for a few seconds immediately after turning off. Plumber says this is the best that can be done with tap. This was not a cheap tap and expected better.”

“sent me a cancelled sink which then involved me running back and forth to the couriers.only to find that they hadn't sent me the cancelled sink after all...dreadful breakdown in communications internally and with the couriers ...the whole experience was a nightmare and to quote the lady who dealt with my order.."Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with your order"......never again...”

“I had purchased a basin tap from this website, which has been in stock. Next morning message had arrive, that taps are not in stock, but will be delivered within 10-14 days. 3 weeks later i've still been waiting for taps. After chasing customer services about 4 times, i've cancelled my order. In a couple of weeks had checked my account, money had not been refunded. Chased them again. Shocking! Never again!”

“Against my better judgment I was persuaded to buy a white granite sink unit when visiting the store. I now find that they do not stock the recommended cleaning product, nor does anyone else. I can now choose between having a less- than- clean sink or damaging the granite by using the wrong cleaner. I am not happy.”

“I got every thing on time. Once indtalled we noticed a leek in the base of the disposal. As the unit is in Spain the customer service wouldn't deal with it and gave me their Spanish service department, whi have failed to answer any of my emails ir calls.... VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!”

“Tap arrived quickly but spout was damaged so was sent a replacement. Then the tap leaked and dripped for weeks. A plumber disovered the ceramiv valves were broken. Contacted the sellers who fobbed me off with a tel number for the manufacturer. Rubbish tap. Overall this was probably slightly cheaper but I suspect it was a factorysecond. Not happy.”

“I received poor advice on a product and because they didn't feel they were totally at fault I had to return it at my own expense. The cost of a courier to collect and deliver a replacement was almost as much as the item itself so I asked for a refund which I still haven't received well over two months later.”

“The mixer tap I bought is ok BUT the thing tastes the water causing a strong disinfectant (TCP) like taste which only goes after the tap has been run for several seconds. (that's such a waste of water) The taste is generated by the neoprene tap washer.”

“Sink delivered promptly but had to do a design change of worksurfaces which meant sink order had to be changed. You took the first back but stung me for a lot of money considering I was buying a more expensive one from you. Will not use again. Barrie”
