Delivery was slow and communication was poor - I had to chase delivery after a week of receiving no communication re. Delivery. Telephone manner of customer services whilst by no means rude was not particularly professional in terms of delivering quality customer service. Relative to other firms I dealt with whilst kitting out my new kitchen sinks-taps.com did not compare well. On the plus side the sink and tap I bought look fantAstic in my new kitchen and did eventually arrive well packaged and free from damage.
