Item did not match photo. requested it be changed which it was only for the same version. Continued email dialogue but did not receive response.

The tap that I ordered was correct but arrived late. There had apparently been a problem at the distribution centre but they had not thought to contact me. This was over a bank holiday weekend, so it was claimed that the delivery was still made "on time", although this was only true if Saturday was considered a non-working day which I would dispute. My complaint about this matter had to be made via e-mail. However, all communication was not even acknowledged. Their claim to match cheaper prices also appears impossible to verify as this too was ignored. I had used the firm a few years ago and found them to be very good. However, post-sales service is clearly no longer even adequate and I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

Hi. Thank you for your review. I have looked into this to find exactly what happened and what went wrong. However, your order was received on 13th May and we delivered both items by 18th May (Bank Holiday weekend was May 5th or 26th). We don't have any record of emails being sent to us and we have no record of any issue regarding delivery. Could you possibly have us mixed up with another Company? I would like to look into this further if you could provide a copy of the emails you sent? Please send them to enquiries@kad-group.co.uk. We do take Customer Service very seriously and do all we can to make sure we look after customers and put things right when they do go wrong.

Taps much smaller than they look. Poor flow rate even with high water pressure. Very stiff swivel which was not realised until fitted. Would have returned but would cost more in labour to do this than cost of taps. Would not buy online again.

I ordered a SinkErator ISE55 as part of the refurbishment of our kitchen, and the scheduling was quite tight. When unpacked on a Friday the plastic connecting trap had been broken in transit. I tried several times to contact the company by telephone, but there was no answer and it seemed evident that no one would be in the office till after the weekend. I then ordered a replacement part from a company that services SinkErators. They were very responsive and it arrived on the Monday, of course at my expense. I accept that parts can be damaged in transit, but I will not order again from a company that neither packs items well nor provides service at a reasonable standard.

Hi Keith. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately had we not processed your order so quickly and delivered it within 24 hrs we would have had staff available to take your call. As we delivered it so quickly, we only have cover on a weekend on our LIVE CHAT feature. If you had contacted us through live chat on either the Saturday or Sunday we would have been able to arrange the replacement parts free of charge. We pack items as carefully as possible but a very small number of items do get damaged. We also have thousand of customers who do say we offer much more than a reasonable service, in fact we score higher than John Lewis on reviews.co.uk for customer satisfaction. However, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and we are looking at ways of making the fact we can be contacted by LIVE CHAT a little more obvious.

Sadly the tap arrived marked. As it wasn't noticed straight away neither this company or the courier would take reponsibilty. Not good Customer Service

Dear Irene. Unfortunately you reported the body of the tap had some marks on it approx 3 weeks after taking delivery. Whilst we try to do everything we can to resolve issues we were unable to provide a replacement due to the timescale involved. Any goods reported faulty or damaged within a reasonable time frame ( 5-7 days) are replaced at our cost. As a gesture of goodwill we will offer a credit of £15 to be used on any further purchases at sinks-taps.com.

I had to return a tap as it was only suitable for high pressure systems which wasn't clear on the website. Refund promised in 30 days but then the parent company went into liquidation and I was not informed. 3 months later I am trying to claim on my credit card as sink-taps have refused. Poor communication. That said, the sink and other tap I purchased are great, look good and were a fair price.

Took two weeks to deliver an in stock sink and tap. Impossible to speak to anyone. Email customer service poor and slow and completely disinterested in sorting it out. Ignored several requests to cancel. I'd rather pay more and have good service!

Initially order and delivery were good but when I queried the performance of the tap I was told now it was fitted it was a manufacturers guarantee problem. Which is like buying an I pod from Dixons, finding an initial fault and being told to go to Apple. After being passed from pillar to post the problem was sorted but not happy with after sales service.

Thought my tap was never coming, had to use the outside tap then arrange to have it delivered to a neighbour because we went on holiday, took about 3 weeks, that it kept coming damaged to you didn't fill me with confidence. Thought it was a good product shame they couldn't pack it better.

Hi. Firstly, sorry for any inconvenience caused. The original delivery was delayed for around a week due to the product not passing our quality control inspection. We have a team of staff who open every single product before we send to customers. The Franke tap was found to be faulty twice and we had a slight delay in waiting for replacement stock to arrive. We did change the delivery address for you so it could still be delivered to a neighbour whilst you were on holiday.

The telephone ststem is answered promptly. The service offering is excellent having explained I wanted to order a sink but may not have to use it. Could I return it if that were to be the case. Yes, with only a return shipping cost to pay. This was ideal for me and the delivery was prompt. I did need to return the goods and paid the £35 carriage charge but have not received credit for the goods -yet. This was all 2 months ago and I have had to raise this as a query. The automatic system is not working automatically!

Hi. We sent a high value product to Sweden and have to use a quality carrier service that also offers the correct level of insurance. You did agree to the delivery cost originally!

Tap was scratched. It was not easy arranging for a replacement. The replacement didn't come on the day it was promised. Overall, very disappointing.

1. Money is charged when order is placed, but the items take up to 3 months to be delivered. 2. Payment doesn't register in the system, and it's up to the buyer to make sure the order goes thru. (And no apology.) 3. Order comprising several items won't be delivered in two installments - when part of the order is in stock and the rest may take a couple of months to arrive - unless you want to pay double carrier's fee. 4. Items "available" on the website aren't necessarily in stock, so if you need a speedy delivery, you might get a nasty shock.

Tap arrived damaged, had several discussions with Customer Care and EVENTUALLY a new tap arrived but neither the original (damaged) tap or the replacement was accompanied by the extra filter cartridge I had ordered, further phone calls had to be made and in all I was without a tap in my kitchen for a week!! No I would not recommend this company!!

Placed order on 3rd of June......still no sign of sink.....earliest date given is week starting 6th of August....I believe things shouldn't be advertised if they are not available at the time of order......I will probably have to wait 3 months before I can complete my kitchen...was offered other sinks and taps...but that defeats the object of picking the perfect sink and tap unit for your own new kitchen......I wait with baited breath for news of my delivery......meanwhile losing interest on monies paid

you sent me the wrong waste pipes i phoned and complained but insisted i was wrong even a registerd plumber said they were for a double full sink i bought a sink and half bowl so cost me an extra 25 quid tel no 07828416020
