sent me a cancelled sink which then involved me running back and forth to the couriers.only to find that they hadn't sent me the cancelled sink after all...dreadful breakdown in communications internally and with the couriers ...the whole experience was a nightmare and to quote the lady who dealt with my order.."Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with your order"......never again...
