“Transaction was straight forward. Delivery service was not great. Extreme weather was understandable in good up but delivery went back to local depot to sit there for a day missing the rearranged delivery slot. Not ideal when a plumber is booked.”

We really had some major issues due to the extreme weather and the couriers did struggle in some heavily effected areas to get parcels delivered on time.
