“Very happy with products supplied. When selecting sink noted in description it said FREE plumbing kit then further down said this was available in accessories to buy. Engaged in chat online. Informed it did not say that but later that day the FREE plumbing kit entry had been removed. There was no apology for the confusion and error. I also paid £88.90 for delivery as it was a heavy item on a pallet. I was under the impression it would arrive on a big lorry with a pallet loader. However, when my sink arrived it was in a transit van - which would have qualified for free delivery due to the amount spent on products.”

Hi Meghan and thank you for leaving some feedback for us and our customers. Let me please try and clear up some of your points raised. The McAlpine UK made plumbing kit is an optional item and something which can be used if required. The sink itself comes with a free waste kit which includes plugs, overflows etc. However the 2 bowl kit with appliance connections is an optional item. Your delivery would never have qualified for Free delivery as you live in a remote part of Northern Scotland and you ordered a heavy/fragile ceramic sink. The sink was transported up to Aberdeen and then transferred onto a smaller transit type vehicle so they could access your property and deliver the sink successfully. “very helpsful staff. The technical advice made all the difference and put my mind at rest and very good value for money. delivery is due tomorrow which is quicker than expected. would use again and recommend. Also had an after sales query and Richard was as helpful after sales as he was before I made the purchase. 10/10”

Hi Martin Thank you for your Review/Feedback. On our website, every single product shows the current availability alongside the option you have chosen. For example: Chrome might be in stock but Brushed might be delayed for 1 week. On your particular tap our website shows a delay of approx 2 weeks. I appreciate you didn't see the delivery information just above the 'BUY NOW' button but with over 10,000 products we do try very hard to keep all delivery information up to date and this particular tap did show a delay in availability.
