“I don't normally do reviews, but felt I had to in this instance. Despite ordering a Perrin & Rowe hand made tap 6 weeks before I needed it, manufacturing issues meant it would not be delivered until after the kitchen and worktop were fitted, and after I planned to move in. Richard in Customer Services (and I'm sure some others too) really went the extra mile to source a replacement urgently, and I'm delighted my new tap arrived in time. You can never be sure, when buying online, what a company's customer service will be like in the event of a difficulty, but I can honestly say I have no hesitation in recommending Sinks-Taps.com. Thank you Richard.”
